The property is located in Atherton and is my son’s and my own home. It is not just a commercial property for Airbnb; I have lovingly created this home. Since neither my son nor I live in Silicon Valley for more than two months during the summer vacation, we are making the property available for rent to families who are visiting Silicon Valley for a short stay during the summer vacation or whose children are participating in summer camp activities here. The property has a total of four bedrooms,bedrooms, two dining rooms, and one living room, as well as spacious front and back gardens, a kitchen garden, and an outdoor dining area. There is a private gym, a garage, and an outdoor garden recreation area. One of the four bedrooms is not located in the main house but in a small wooden house in the back garden, which has a private bathroom and shower room, making it suitable for families traveling with a nanny who need some privacy. Surrounded by the Atherton neighborhood, it is very close to Menlo Park downtown and Palo Alto downtown, or to Stanford University, by car or on foot. I am a graduate of NUS and Harvard University, and my children attend an international school in Silicon Valley. I look forward to meeting guests who will stay at my home.
