We spent New Year's Eve in this beautiful little house and had a great time. Upon arrival Cristina and her family welcomed us warmly and showed us the place, the pellet stove immediately caught my eye, nothing better than lying on the sofa with your feet warm, then everything was clean and tidy, the kitchen equipped with every possible tool imaginable and the place is simply wonderful, despite the little snow this year, for those who like the mountains it is a great place for any activity you choose to do. I would recommend it to everyone!

Thank you, Nello! We had a great time in Guia... the place was very clean, we rarely saw it like that before. The laundry smelled great, the kitchen was equipped for really all needs, the entire apartment shone, everything was available for a small fine breakfast, the mobile air conditioner did what it should and the view from the balcony to the vineyards was simply fantastic. Everything was just right, Nello was always available and friendly. We will be happy to come back!

We felt absolutely comfortable with Armin and Karin and were even a little sad to have to leave again. The two are great hosts, we felt very comfortable right away and were warmly received. The apartment is simply a dream! Beautiful, cozy and modern design, clean, private and quiet location. Great views of the mountains from the balcony. We could also use a piece of the garden. Absolutely stunning place with the most amazing view! The space is modern, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly well-equipped—clearly no corners were cut. The private garage was a huge plus for our rental car, and the elevator made it easy to reach the beautiful third-floor apartment. It was the perfect place to come back to after a day of hiking in the nearby Seiser Alm, Seceda, or exploring wine country driving down the Weinstraße near Bolzano. We loved every minute of our stay and would come back in a heartbeat!

Great location at the northern area of Italy at the heart of the Dolomites. Having a car is super helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Cristiana's apartment. Transacqua is beautiful - we came here for trail running in the surrounding mountains and we're not disappointed! The apartment is warm and comfortable with a great, hot shower. The kitchen has all the amenities you need to cook whatever you want. The apartment is located in a very quiet part of down but just a 5 min walk from a great bar and a grocery store. We had car issues on arrival and Antonio, Cristiana's partner, helped us sort a tire and find a mechanic. They were so generous with their help and time - so appreciated. We will definitely come back to this area and would love to stay in this apartment again.

Very clean house. Very kind and helpful hostess. The beautiful cottage is like a fairy tale. Very fragrant linen. Free parking, shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Breathtaking panorama surrounded by the nature of the Dolomites mountains.

Had a great time staying here. Marco is a very friendly and accommodating host. The apartment is well maintained, clean and cozy. We were greeted with a delicious Apfelstrudel the next day as well. The property is right next to the San Romedio trail.. so a great hike without much planning! Overall I’d highly recommend staying at Marco‘s property.

I just got back from a 3-day vacation with two other girls. The accommodation is recently renovated, the furniture is all very new. Spacious bathrooms, there's a hairdryer. The landscape seen from the windows is directly on the blades so we had breakfast with an amazing view! You need to have sleeping masks because the windows have no shutters or blinds, but the place is quiet and peaceful. The location is very central so close to every convenience. Easily reachable by car to unload luggage and you can park for free in many places (near the sports facilities you do not pay for parking in low season despite the blue stripes!) Communication with Alberto was really simple and immediate so for all these reasons I highly recommend this apartment!

Ute's place was perfect, extremely clean, in a nice quiet location close to the city of Cortina. Her communication was excellent, and she has some great recommendations. The house has everything we needed for a 4 night stay to hike the surrounding trails. It was central to all the main hikes. We highly recommend Ute's location.

Her home is very peaceful and cozy, and it's a wonderful place to fully enjoy the surrounding natural scenery. Daniel was a fantastic host, very responsive and the place was easy to check in and out of. The place also came with wine that we were able to enjoy on the balcony at no extra cost! Very friendly neighbours and dogs! We stayed for a week and had a great time.
