We spent a few divine days. The house was just like the photos, it was very clean, comfortable and with excellent heating. Everything worked great. We were very well received and were always attentive to respond to our inquiries quickly, as well as giving us great recommendations for the area. had a great short stay at Paulo's accommodation. he was very helpful and friendly and we felt very at home, just wished we'd stayed longer. we walked the 35 minutes down into town which was fantastic and enjoyed dinner on the lake. strongly recommend

In the first place, I want to highlight the warmth with which Andrea received us! She was very kind and always attentive to our arrival time (although we arrived very late to the house, she waited for us with the best energy). When we arrived we were not only surprised how nice the apartment was, but the details that Andrea had prepared for us (for example, he left us a carpet and a dish with food for our beloved dog). Afterwards there were all kinds of utensils, toilet paper, napkins, extra blankets that made our stay more pleasant. The whole time the place stayed super warm. The location is incredibly comfortable. We will definitely be back🩷🩷🩷

What an amazing stay! So close to the lake! In two steps (literally) you can find a coffee shop Havana. In 2 minutes of walking there is a big supermarket with everything you need. I mean, I doubt there is a better place in SMA for a tourist :) the apartment is clean and new with comfortable beds and clean sheets. Also there are blackout curtains everywhere which was great for us :) Thank you!!!

The apartment is very modern and practically new, it feels relaxing. The fact that it is a studio apartment does not affect the cleanliness at all, especially with regard to the kitchen, the smells were not impregnated. The heated pool is really hot, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Regarding Andrés, communication was effective, he wrote to me as soon as I made the reservation and then he was willing to give me directions and tips about the place. I would definitely come back 😁

Amazing place, just like the photos, everything is new, complete kitchen, quiet - although there was a construction just besides us during our stay - but the workers do respect working hours - close to everything markets, restaurants. The host was amazing with all instructions, a souvenir on our arrival. There was a confusion in my check out so I got locked outside but Luciana answered promptly and all was solved in 2 minutes. The best shower ever!!!!!!!! Just loved it.

It's better than what you see in the photos. VERY spacious, very warm and the thermal and acoustic insulation it has with the outside, it is excellent. Without hesitation, I would go back when I get back to San Martin!

Beautiful apartment, well-equipped and with a very good location, 1 block from the main avenue and the square. It is advisable to go without a car because you are close to everything. If you're coming by car, there's metered parking on the entrance street. If not, you can park around the corner without a problem. Personally, the weather was very nice and the apartment had central heating and a heated floor (we had to open the windows because otherwise it was very hot and it was not allowed to change the temperature). I guess it's ideal for winter, but it seemed very strong to us. And the only drawback we had was with the internet on the top floor. On the ground floor it worked fine, but it doesn't reach the upper floor well, it complicated us a little because we both work and I booked this place because it had 2 different spaces to work in. Anyway, we were able to organize ourselves well below, but I leave it as a recommendation for the hosts. Thank you for everything!

A truly magical stay! The house is nestled in the forest, surrounded by nature—beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. Inside, it feels like a modern city apartment: stylish, minimalistic, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. It was so cozy we often didn’t want to leave! I also loved the friendly dogs that live on the property—they made the place feel even more welcoming. The host was fantastic—very friendly and always helpful. Highly recommend!

A beautiful apartment with a beautiful view of the mountain. It has a very nice outdoor area and uncovered parking in the same building. Very good communication with the host. We would definitely stay here again.
