Very good place to stay in San Martín, 100% recommended, good location, impeccable cleanliness and with everything you need for a good stay.

Stable and fast WiFi, good location, very modern! The only note I have, which maybe for someone is good to know, is that the glazed side of the apartment is exposed to the sun and on sunny days the temperature increases a lot. The building has a washing machine, very convenient, but there is no dryer.

Excellent place to spend a few days in San Martín de los Andes. It's good that it's not in the center, so it's convenient to leave the car outside. It's close too, so you can easily get around on foot, and it has several useful places around. One thing to note is that our apartment was on a second floor, and there are stairs so carrying the luggage up is a bit laborious. The apartment is impeccable, just like the pictures, quite comfortable and clean.

We really liked this apartment in San Martin. Close to walk to everything downtown, or to the water. Nice sunlight and bright. Windows that allow the fresh air flow. Pleasant kitchen to work in. We enjoyed our stay there.

Great location, the apartment is big, a lot of light, with a parking, clean and spacious! very responsive host. Let us to stay a bit longer. I would advice to take 15$ cash with you for a cleaning fee, otherwise the exchange rate to pesos, which the host offers to you, will be not in your favor. No amenities, even a soap, mind that as well.

The apartment is as shown in the photos (or even nicer!) It's a comfortable, central apartment with a nice view. We really liked it and were surprised. The super friendly guys! We will definitely be back!!

We had a great stay! The place was exactly what we needed—clean, well-equipped, and super comfortable. Victoria was an excellent host: very responsive, flexible, and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Splendid cabin, very well furnished. It's very comfortable and warm. The cabin is very conveniently located near the center, you can get around on foot. It also has a very well-kept park where a couple of bandurrias came to visit us every morning. Lucia is always very warm and helpful. It has two floors that are very well distributed, although the upstairs floor does not have a bathroom. As an improvement, I'd mention that the key to the main bathroom came off... but overall the cabin was very well maintained. We just wanted to have a barbecue and the grill wouldn't open, so we used the car jack😬. It's not something related to the cabin itself, but having little use, it rusts. But this does not detract from the beautiful stay we had in San Martín de los Andes... we will obviously be back... thank you Lucia!

Very good accommodation. It was just what we needed after camping, very close to the center. You don't have to use the car at all and very attentive at the reception

We had a wonderful experience in San Martín de los Andes! The place is exactly as shown in the photos – cozy, clean and very well located. But the highlight, without a doubt, was the attention of the host Santiago. Always available, attentive and kind, he did everything to make our stay perfect. I recommend it without hesitation and we will definitely return!

Santiago communicates clearly,giving instructions and a manual with suggestions of activities and places to travel. The depto is as seen,ideal for a bathroom ,sleep and continue to travel Smartin. I recommend the apartment through the quiet area, 2 from the main area and close to bars/super/ etc

Good location, close to downtown, in a quiet area. The house is very functional and comfortable, there were four adults and we were very well. Camila was very friendly and attentive to our arrival and stay.
