Communication with Julian has always been very efficient and clear. The accommodation is as described, very cozy, comfortable and clean accommodation. Very well located and close to supermarket, restaurants and cafeterias. Very close also to the post office where we made the Western Union exchanges.

Very clean, well equipped and photo-like apartment. Marleni was very solicitor and polite.

What an amazing stay! So close to the lake! In two steps (literally) you can find a coffee shop Havana. In 2 minutes of walking there is a big supermarket with everything you need. I mean, I doubt there is a better place in SMA for a tourist :) the apartment is clean and new with comfortable beds and clean sheets. Also there are blackout curtains everywhere which was great for us :) Thank you!!!

We felt super comfortable in Valeria's department. Nice , clean, and very warm space. It has good cooking equipment. The location is good, close to downtown but in a very peaceful place.

Nora was attentive and always gave us good recommendations to meet and walk. Very responsive to whatever we need and the place is beautiful. Great view from the patio and very comfortable and warm in general.

A small apartment in a very good location (you can walk everywhere), with all the necessary amenities, excellent heating, appliances in excellent condition; the building has a beautiful aesthetic and design, and has an elevator and laundry. Highly recommended!!!

Good area, everything is very clean and well cared for.

Stable and fast WiFi, good location, very modern! The only note I have, which maybe for someone is good to know, is that the glazed side of the apartment is exposed to the sun and on sunny days the temperature increases a lot. The building has a washing machine, very convenient, but there is no dryer.

The accommodation was as shown in the photos. Very comfortable, modern and clean. Communication with Daniel was excellent, always responded quickly and very predisposed. Faced with an unexpected situation, it gave us a quick and convenient solution. We would definitely come back!

Accommodation Las Kikas was better than we expected. It was spotless, it has all the amenities and more. Communication with Alejandra was very smooth and she was always attentive to our needs ( she has excellent recommendations for places to visit). It's in an environment surrounded by nature and easily accessible. Despite being the accommodations next to each other there is a lot of privacy, they are quiet. Las Kikas has everything to spend a pleasant stay a few kilometers from San Martín de Los Andes. We return.

An excellent place to use as a base and go out to explore everything that SMdeA has to offer. Right in the center and close to the lake. Super comfortable to get around on foot and with everything you need for a long stay

My husband and I stayed at Flor’s place for two weeks. I worked from the apartment during the day, and we explored San Martin in the evenings, and the region on the weekends. The apartment was very zen and peaceful. A lovely place to spend time. Very close walk to the centre of San Martin with shops and restaurants. Flor was very responsive and Monica was very friendly and helpful also. Highly recommended.
