Cozy house with three bedrooms 50 meters from the seashore. Located in front of the calm inland ocean, 15 minutes from Chacao and 40 minutes from Ancud. WE JUST INSTALLED THE INTERNET WITH A MOVISTAR ROUTER. Sometimes the signal may fluctuate a little, depending on the weather, but in general it allows a fairly acceptable connection. An excellent stay, the house is just as described, nice, comfortable, spacious with everything you need, totally remarkable that it is next to the lake with an incredible view in addition to the jacuzzi that you can enjoy surrounded by forest. Valentina and Rodrigo are always attentive to your needs. Excellent location close to many points of interest on the island and especially Cucao. We'll be happy to return.

The stay was wonderful. The cold in the house is latent at this time but Mabel made sure to have firewood always available. Remind future visitors to leave everything clean and tidy. So that the next visit they find a place according to what is offered. It is also part of us to take care of the services offered to us.

The boat house is an amazing place to stay on Chiloe, we and our three kids loved it. It is a very unique architecture and the location is terrific. The view from the house is incredible and it's beautiful and peaceful, while also being close to the main attractions of Castro and Dalcahue. Cristian was super helpful all through the booking process and even provided great tourism information. I highly recommend this wonderful place!

We had a wonderful time. Beautiful house with peaceful surroundings. Very good kitchen, clean rooms, the most comfortable bed of our trip in Chile. Kayaking, hot tub, sauna, lovely animals. I wish we could have stayed longer. Leonardo was so helpful and answered very quickly, we got a ride to the house and he even showed us places around Ancud city.

Very cozy and comfortable house with an unbeatable view overlooking the beach and the countryside in the area. Very quiet environment. Upon arrival they waited for us with the fireplace and tinaja lit. Flexible with the schedule since we were late in arriving. 100% recommended.
