The hotel is in a convenient location near the main areas of Bariloche. It's next to the lake and is just like the description. The visitor is given a lot of privacy, but at the same time they are attentive to any questions. The access road is on a hill (there are many in Bariloche) so you should consider whether you have any mobility limitations.

I arrived earlier than scheduled 07:40AM, the Transfer that he had hired left us at the door of the hotel, I was able to get in before paying half of the night, I arrived tight from the trip and it was snowing, everything dark, nothing was open, only opens the conveniences from 10am, so I chose to enter the room so as not to freeze in the cold. When going down the stairs in the kitchen there is a bathroom, I discovered it only the next day when I went for coffee. Coffee is very simple, has coffee, milk, Danone, orange juice, sweet croissant, bread, cake and if you arrive early you can eat ham and cheese. The hotel is well located, you leave the hotel on your left you go down 3 blocks and already leave in the center of Bariloche on Mitre street. One thing I didn't like was the hotel has no reception and from what I understand, they don't like them staying at the entrance that has three chairs and a table. Bad for the tourist as there is no support if you arrive before the time. But in the others, I found the view amazing and the hotel is very clean.

Excellent location! Nicolas was responsive and flexible about an early check-in. The place was squeaky clean and the views were incredible.

I had a very nice experience staying at this Airbnb with my son. The hosts were extremely friendly, courteous, thoughtful and down to earth. We had some very nice conversations about where to go and what to see, such as restaurants to visit and local spots to see. the breakfasts were superb as the other reviewers have mentioned. We felt right at home staying there, and I really think that's the most that you could ever ask. Strong five star rating

The apartment is impeccable (amenities, heating, cleanliness, decoration, everything!!) and the view is beautiful… it's a few blocks from downtown but it's worth it. I would return a thousand times (I would only be attentive to the high season of graduates because it is in the heart of the nightlife area)... it is worth noting the attention of Florencia, the girl who received us! What a cozy place with spectacular view of the mountains! We loved staying at Celine’s place in Bariloche! Everyday we were lucky to observe sun sets and on some morning sun rise. These are unforgettable so as the views of the mountains and the sky on any time of the day! Our bed was super comfortable and we slept so well there! The kitchen is well equipped and what a pleasure to cook and eat overlooking the mountains! The place is an easy walk to anywhere in Bariloche and it’s also very close to the bus stop to visit beautiful places on greater distance. Celine was always responsive with any questions we had. We highly recommend Celine’s place!

Excellent accommodation, better than the photos. Comfortable bed, the views are indescribable. I really recommend 100%. If you are looking for a central place, easy to get around and close to everything. This is the place. It's worth it.

Simply EXCELLENT, the house is a 10, in every way, Gabriel the SUPER ATTENTIVE host, Cecilia the manager is an 11 out of 10, super busy with the house and that nothing is missing, the truth is it's a place to return 1 and 1000 times, our daughters, my wife and I felt at home. Looks just like the photos! This was a beautiful 4 bedroom property. Located on the lake, on the Circuito Chico scenic drive, very secluded. It is about a 20 minute drive to downtown Bariloche so having a car is (probably) necessary (not sure about availability of Uber in the area). But you will not be disappointed. The house has all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay. And Maximo and Claudio, the hosts, were welcoming and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great 10-day stay at the accommodation. Fabiana is very attentive and had put all the heaters on for a warm arrival. We didn't need heating afterwards. The location allows for a sensational view. We didn't miss anything thanks to Fabi who is always ready for anything for a perfect stay.

The place is much nicer than a photo expresses...the house is immaculate, neat, tidy, functional, comfortable in all its rooms, excellent heating and hot water, and the only thing that seems impossible to describe is the view from its windows....it is sunrise and sunset in front of the immensity of the lake and the snowy mountains without obstacles....

We had a wonderful stay. Thank you so much ☺️ Perfect for a family of 2-3 people. There is a firepit, BBQ on the property. There are trees, roses and melissa growing. The house is warm because there is a heated floor. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and thanks to the heavy blanket, you fall asleep faster. Kitchen is equipped with all you need for cooking. There is tea, coffee, cocoa, spices and oil. There is a washing machine and laundry detergent. Couldn't sleep the first night because of the neighbor's dog's loud barking, but it was quiet the rest of the nights. Sometimes the internet went down, but it wasn't critical for us. We were without a car, so there is little choice of places nearby and they are not always open to keep this in mind. From the establishments, we recommend a burger shop. Within a walking distance there is a mini supermarket, a supermarket, a lake, a park. Cris allowed us to check in a little earlier and later check out. Shared with map and local recommendations.

The views of Lake Gutierrez from the accommodation are amazing. You can see it all the time from inside or on the terrace. The atmosphere is super warm and it's very well heated. On the other hand, both Agustín and Nora was super attentive, responding to every concern.

This is certainly one of my favorite airbnbs ever. The view is superb - every morning waking up to the blue of the lake and alpenglow on the mountains and the shower has the best view of any you will ever experience. The place is private and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful tall trees and is visited by interesting birds. The house is beautifully built and Marcelo is a great host. I would highly recommend it!!

Great location. The surroundings invite you to contemplate the native forest, mountains and lakes. Tranquility. I recommend it and if I go back to Bariloche I will stay here again. Manolo was always very kind, and at one point the Uber dropped me off further away and he went to pick me up. Very attentive
