We are located 5 minutes from downtown Bariloche, in front of Melipal Beach on Lake Nahuel Huapi, 50 meters from a supermarket, service station, kiosk, and 3 restaurants. An unbeatable location if you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of the city, but close to all the tourist attractions. Bustillo is the main tourist avenue, where the renowned Circuito Chico begins. The apartment is modern, functional, with a fully-equipped kitchen, and is very quiet.

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, providing great tranquility to the place. The area is very safe and there are a few blocks from full shopping mall and on public transportation. To access the apartment you have to go up one floor by staircase. It has a garage and grill.
