Lovely place with free parking

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet accommodation, located near Lake Nahuel Huapi, the city's main access roads, and close to downtown. It is a two-story apartment with a small staircase, where on each floor there is a bathroom both with a shower without a screen, the floor must be dried every time one showers. There are markets, pharmacies, food houses and other shops within 300 meters. The lake is reached by crossing a nice square in front and walking along the coast.

We are located 5 minutes from downtown Bariloche, in front of Melipal Beach on Lake Nahuel Huapi, 50 meters from a supermarket, service station, kiosk, and 3 restaurants. An unbeatable location if you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of the city, but close to all the tourist attractions. Bustillo is the main tourist avenue, where the renowned Circuito Chico begins. The apartment is modern, functional, with a fully-equipped kitchen, and is very quiet.

Just 20 minutes from downtown with very good access to Route 40 and the Ring Road. Spacious and comfortable bathroom. The ideal place to rest and relax after a busy day in the mountains. It has very good Wi-Fi and unbeatable radiator heating. It is located in a 3-bedroom complex in the same building.

Nearby you can find a kiosk, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher shop and delicatessen. In front of the apartment, there is the stop of all the bus lines. Important! Pets and visitors are prohibited! No smoking in the entire realm of the building!
