We are located 5 minutes from downtown Bariloche, in front of Melipal Beach on Lake Nahuel Huapi, 50 meters from a supermarket, service station, kiosk, and 3 restaurants. An unbeatable location if you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of the city, but close to all the tourist attractions. Bustillo is the main tourist avenue, where the renowned Circuito Chico begins. The apartment is modern, functional, with a fully-equipped kitchen, and is very quiet.

36 m2 dorm on Route 82. Warm and cozy, it is ideal for a couple with young children or friends. Very close to Cerro Catedral, Lake Gutierrez and Nahuel. Just 20 minutes from downtown with very good access to Route 40 and the Ring Road. Spacious and comfortable bathroom. The ideal place to rest and relax after a busy day in the mountains. It has very good Wi-Fi and unbeatable radiator heating. It is located in a 3-bedroom complex in the same building.

One-bedroom apartment for 5 people. Very spacious. Excellent crockery equipment. Smart TV APARTMENT OWN WIFI. 2 full bathrooms. Closet. Great view of the lake. Nearby you can find a kiosk, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher shop and delicatessen. In front of the apartment, there is the stop of all the bus lines. Important! Pets and visitors are prohibited! No smoking in the entire realm of the building!
