Top floor apartment with an amazing view of the lake and the Andes from the living room and bedroom. The apartment also has a rooftop terrace with incredible views. Half a block from the civic center, in front of the waterfront, one block from the main avenue. The apartment has a spectacular view. The balcony, another space to appreciate the view and the open air with chairs and table. The spectacular lake view offers a great plus to the beautiful apartment that is located within a gated community with shops around the complex within a 1 km radius. It is accessed via Bariloche's main avenue and another parallel street that connects with the main tourist spots. Please note that the complex has an outdoor heated pool but it is closed every Monday of the year.
