Vi consiglio di portare qualche vivero, poiché non ci sono negozi nei dintorni se non a diversi chilometri di distanza. Qui troverete tranquillità assoluta, aria fresca e storie antiche. Eine äußerst empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für alle, die das echte Italien lieben. Extrem sympathische, hilfreiche Gastgeber, authentisches, großes Haus, vorbildliche Sauberkeit, zentrale Lage in der Po-Ebene (allerdings: Auto sehr empfohlen!!!), viel Platz für bis zu 8 Personen, familienfreundlich große, hervorragend ausgestattete Küche, haustierfreundlich. Fantastisch! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

100 Sterne würden wir Tiziana und Roberto geben wenn dies möglich wäre! Du kommst an, wirst willkommen geheißen und fühlst dich einfach nur wohl! ( selbst gebackener Kuchen!🍰) Es fehlt an wirklich nichts, alles ist vorhanden und du kannst beruhigt abschalten! ( auch für Kinder bestens geeignet!) Es steckt so viel Liebe darin, das kann man spüren und sehen!! Blitzsauber und makellos! Selten sowas erlebt! Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

La casa è splendida, arredata con grande gusto, pulitissima e luminosissima. La posizione tranquilla permette di godersi il relax della campagna intorno a Bologna e nel contempo di visitare i dintorni e le cittadine più belle dell’Emilia. Francesco e sua moglie sono stati host gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Soggiorno a 5 stelle!

Estupendamente comunicado, teniendo cerca hitos como Bolonia, Ferrara, Módena, Ravenna... Pese a estar muy cerca del aeropuerto, nunca nos molestaron los aviones. Bien climatizado, con habitaciones grandes y camas cómodas en la planta superior. Buena mesa y televisiones (una en uno de los dormitorios y otra más grande, en el salón). Todo muy limpio, cocina muy bien equipada. Plaza de aparcamiento propia en la misma puerta. Buena comunicación y amabilidad. Como punto mejorable, podríamos hablar de la bañera, clásica pero un poco incómoda.

Il signor Danilo e sua moglie sono persone estremamente gentili e disponibili, sempre pronti a fornire informazioni utili. La casa è esattamente come viene descritta, fornita di tutto ciò che serve per soggiornare in serenità.

La casa è molto ben curata nei dettagli. Peccato x l'aria fresca altrimenti avremmo fatto il bagno in piscina. Bellissimo giardino molto ben curato. La cucina è enorme. Molto simpatica anche la proprietaria del bar difronte alla casa. Non saprei cosa aggiungere. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e siamo stati benissimo. Complimenti a Miriam da tutti noi.

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

Alessandra, who is managing the property, was an amazing host. The property is beautifully located on a hill overlooking a valley. The swimming pool is clean and well-maintained. There is space for a bbq (bring your own bbq coals!). Good location: 45 min to Florence and 60 min to Bologna. Our party consisted of 4 (2 kids under 8, and 2 adults), we enjoyed the big garden, the pool, and the bbq area. Note: the style is quite outdated, the electronic devices and kitchen equipment are also quite outdated. The beds and matrasses are also quite outdated (you can feel the mattress' springs). There is no AC.

Wir waren als Familie in der wunderschönen Bleibe von Andrea - ein Paar mit Baby, ein Paar ohne Kind und ein Großelternpaar, also 6 Erwachsene. Wir hatten mehr als genug Platz und wurden sehr warm empfangen. Apartment, Garten und Pool waren super und wir konnten und gut erholen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die überschattete Tafel, an der wir immer gegessen haben. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und alles war absolut sauber und gut gepflegt. Andrea und Alina haben wir als sehr warmherzig und zuvorkommend erlebt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

La casa è isolata ed immersa nella natura, molto grande, ben curata , ed è persino meglio di quanto risulta in foto. Arrivando all’ultimo tratto per raggiungerla, la strada diventa sterrata è sembra essere impegnativa e lunga, ma già alla seconda volta risulta persino divertente e piacevole scrutare i boschi dall’interno percorrendola non abbiamo avuto nessuna difficoltà neanche nei 2 giorni di pioggia intensa, ne vale la pena. Michele ci ha accolti con premura e durante tutto il nostro soggiorno è stato sempre reperibile, soddisfacendo anche la nostra richiesta di sdraio aggiuntivi. La casa è dotata di tutto ciò che può servire, utensili e stoviglie,Smart Tv, BBQ, spazi esterni, cancello automatico. La piscina è più grande di quanto si possa capire dalle foto, pulita,funzionale e piacevole. Siamo stati davvero bene e anche il nostro cagnone negli enormi spazi esterni incontaminati. Assolutamente consigliata se si cerca una soluzione di tranquillità. Torneremo sicuramente volentieri

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. L’appartement est beau, très bien équipé, propre et fonctionnel. Le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner est fourni, et dans le quartier on trouve des épiceries. L’appartement est à 10 minutes à pied de la gare. Piazza Maggiore est à 25 minutes de marche en ligne droite. Seul bémol : le bar en dessous de l’appartement et sa terrasse qui se trouve sous les fenêtres de la chambre. Les bruits métalliques forts, probablement des chaises et des tables déplacées sans soin sur le plancher en céramique, des portes métalliques claquées avec force, sont dérangeants jusqu’à très tard dans la nuit, parfois jusqu’à 2h30. S’y ajoutent les discussions animées, la musique forte parfois, la diffusion de prière certains matins dès 7h et la forte odeur de chicha sur la terrasse qui empêche d’ouvrir les fenêtres. Pour le touriste de passage avec de bons bouchons pour les oreilles la nuit ça va, surtout que l’appart est impeccable. Cela doit être pénible et usant à long terme pour le voisinage.

Apartamento bien equipado, con habitaciones amplias y cómodas, cada una con su cuarto de baño. Localización cercana al centro de congresos de Bolonia, conveniente para nuestro viaje de trabajo. Debora ha sido una anfitriona muy amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos con buenas recomendaciones.

From the beginning of our stay to the very end Anthony has been a wonderful host! He recommended us great places and he was responsive to our questions. The place looked like the photos. It was clean and had all the things in the description. It's the best place for the price and it's close to many locations so that you can walk easily. Das Haus war groß und liebevoll gemütlich eingerichtet mit tollem riesigen Garten. Für uns war es ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Italien in dieser Gegend zu erkunden. Gianna und John waren sehr aufmerksame und super warmherzige Gastgeber, die uns auch mal mit einer Flasche Wein überraschten . Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
