With Maria, we stayed in a cozy, centrally located apartment. The hostess gave us a friendly welcome. Everything was clean and tidy. If we had any questions, we could contact Maria at any time. A new experience for us was that Maria filled the guest refrigerator with plenty of drinks and basic food. What generosity! We felt completely comfortable. Apart from the distance between our home and Dozza: vacation at Maria's - always happy to come back.

Wow, this was one of our best stays ever. The apartment is so charming with great decor, comfortable, and situated in an amazing neighborhood. The beds were large and comfortable with AC available in each room. I loved that the kitchen included an induction stove moka pot for enjoying a morning coffee without leaving the house. The hosts accommodated our request for an early check in and gave some great recommendations for local restaurants. Bologna exceeded our expectations…thank you!

We absolutely loved staying at Eliana's place, and our dog loved it even more! The house is spacious and decorated in a very homely style. The fenced garden is beautiful — our puppy loved roaming around and playing in the grass. If we come to the Bologna/Castel Guelfo area again, we will definitely stay with Eliana!

The place is beautifully located. In a very quiet area with lots of nature around. We enjoyed being outside a lot. The bed, kitchen and bathroom are also very pleasant and well maintained. The communication with dear Laura is flawless. All in all, we highly recommend this place and it is dear to everyone, as you have absolute peace of mind.

Our stay was excellent. The apartment is in a great location. It is easy to walk to the grocery, monastery, restaurants, parks, the stadium, etc. It’s quiet even on the private patio except when you are on the patio you can hear the stadium if an event happens which may appeal to you. You cannot hear the stadium in the unit. The host is very friendly and responsive. We would stay again.

This apartment was perfect- very comfortable and beautifully furnished. The bathrooms and showers were especially nice. We appreciated the espresso maker and well stocked kitchen which made it easy to breakfast at home. We would return again anytime. Mateo was quick to return texts and very helpful with instructions. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s place, really beautiful apartment, super sweet balcony. The perfect location, city center in walkable distance and beautiful neighborhood. Very pleasant stay. The house is very beautiful and matches the description and photos perfectly. The owners Marco and Elisa have always been available and attentive to our questions. Since the house is in the mountain, the only small negative point would be the road leading directly to the house which is a bit complex (uphill and with tight turns). However, this remains only one detail in view of the comfort of the house and the beauty of the place.

The apartment is perfectly located to discover Bologna or go out there. The parking lot offers security and the apartment is great. Ivan is a rather super host! Very straightforward and very helpful! Great!

It looks even more beautiful than in the photos, especially in the evening really beautiful with the atmospheric lighting and the swimming pool, the beautiful flowers and the green grass. During the day you can also look out for this and downstairs you will see the horse, pony, donkey and goat walking around together in the meadow. Various places to sit or eat, each has its own furniture set with parasol by the pool. The family maintain everything perfect and are always friendly and if something is helpful. There is even a table tennis and football table available. We will be happy to look back on our stay for a long time and who knows, we might come back again.

Nice place to spend a few days in the beautiful city of Bologna. The apartment allows you to rest very well.

You cannot pick a better location in Bologna! We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and had restaurants, coffee, shops, etc right outside our door. The building is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! As soon as you walk in the building, you are blown away! The apartment was super spotless and adorable. It's perfect that there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is so nice but we never cooked... we were in Italy! Have to eat Italian food! As noted in other reviews, there is quite a bit of street noise at night. It is not cars as there are no cars allowed in that area but it's the noise of people eating and drinking and having fun at the restaurants below. For my in laws who were in the room that had more noise, they didn't mind. The bedroom we stayed in faces a courtyard so it was quiet. We loved having the AC in the bedrooms as it was hot when we were there. Ricardo is an excellent host and very responsive. He also gave great suggestions for restaurants! Would stay again.
