Pet-friendly vacation rentals in San Lazzaro

Fantastic stay!!! We were 3 people staying here for 5 nights. Located just 30 minutes outside Bologna up in the mountains with a stunning view. We each got a bedroom, all of which were cool despite the heat outside. Luxurious with 2 bathrooms with both shower and toilet when there are several people. There is everything you need and even a washing machine if you are there for a long time and need to do laundry. Every morning, there were freshly baked goodies outside the door for us, which the gentleman who owns the house had arranged. Incredibly quiet and peaceful and the only thing you hear throughout the day is the chirping of the different birds. We'd love to come back here❤️

The accommodation is pleasant, located in a quiet environment, and it is very well equipped and modern (recent kitchen and living room equipment, heating/air conditioning system...). Marco was warm and professional (verification of identity documents, tourist tax, responsive in exchanges on the application, reception with detailed presentation of the accommodation...). He was able to adapt so that the check-in time indications were respected despite an initial reluctance. We had a pleasant day and night there. Thank you so much!

Guests who book the house should know that it is about four kilometers from the town, up the mountain. It didn't bother us because we had a car, but you should know that.

We absolutely loved the house and all of the features. We spent a lot of time outside in the little patio area and our kids played basketball in the driveway. The automated windows, skylights, and shutters were very nice. The AC worked very well and kept us cool during the middle of the day when it was hot outside. The location is less convenient if you don’t have a car but we were able to walk to town in 20 minutes. The area was quiet and beautiful which is what we wanted so we didn’t mind the inconvenience. Very lovely hosts who live on the property and provided lots of information and were very responsive.

it is the second time they have stayed at Federica's and everything has always been comfortable, clean and without major problems. Federica is always available and ready to give tips on the surroundings too. We stayed with you to work at the fair, the distance is about 15 minutes by car and convenient to reach. It is far from the confusion in the middle of nature and after hard days it is a pleasure to return.

This house was amazing, we brought our 3 dogs along and had the best time. An extremely private garden and pool with lots of games. She provided all bbq equipment, portable speaker, TVs loads of towels everything you’d need. Dorella was a fantastic host and it’s a really lovely comfortable home. The pool is the big selling point and it didn’t disappoint

Wonderful place in a beautiful location. Several well-kept and restored accommodations with passion and expertise, immersed in greenery overlooking the valleys between Romagna and Tuscany. Perfect whether you want to relax or walk through villages and woods. Highly recommended.

We had a truly wonderful stay in this beautiful home nestled in a historic village in Tuscany. The garden was absolutely stunning—full of flowers, olive trees, and the enchanting scent of jasmine in the air. It felt like stepping into a dream. The atmosphere was peaceful and full of charm, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of the region. A magical place that I will definitely be returning to!

Stayed for a few days as i was visiting the race circuit at Imola. Perfect for that, about 25 min drive direct to the Aqua Minerali entrance. Set up on a hillside , very peaceful and beautiful. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. I didn’t eat at any restaurants as i ate at the circuit and cooked at the house. There is a small supermarket in the town 10 mins away for all your supplies. Lovely to eat outside amongst the trees. Highly recommend if you visiting this beautiful part of Italy.

We had a wonderful stay this weekend! The place was very nice, exceptionally clean, and felt private and peaceful — just what we were looking for. Everything was exactly as described, and the host was great to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Lara is a friendly and helpful hostess. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surrounding area and the space around the house are fantastic. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets while dining right by the pool will remain unforgettable to us. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but superbly located. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. Absolutely fantastic host, very friendly and professional. Baricella was stunning, very peaceful and most importantly we felt extremely safe. I cannot recommend Ylena and her beautiful home highly enough. Her home felt like a home away from home, beautifully decorated, with all creature comforts that one would expect from a five star Airbnb stay. I will be back again for sure. Thx Ylena.

Impeccable accommodation, very friendly and responsive host. The apartment is in an industrial area without charm but the location is convenient for a stopover because it is close to major roads. There is a restaurant on the ground floor that has a good reputation. The place is quiet, perfect for resting before hitting the road again! We had some difficulty opening the lockbox, feel free to call Gian Marco on video if, like us, you are not used to new technologies ;-)

I spent three weeks in the apartment. It is stocked with essentials to make a stay pleasant (in kitchen, bathroom, with washing and dishwashing machines). The bed is comfortable but the pillows were not, an issue I could solve. The apartment is sunny and fairly quiet, with some noise from nearby trains but that did not disrupt my sleep. Isabella is an efficient host and I highly recommend her apartment.

Daniele was a great host; it was easy to agree on check in time, she responded fast and was very friendly and helpful about showing us around the apartment and how to get to the centre of Bologna. The apartment is very clean, well equiped, ac is great, bed is comfortable. We loved that there is a nespresso machine! The location is also amazing as there is a big supermarket as well as fast food and a coffee shop 1 minute away by walk. More shops are also really close by if you have a car. Theres many parking options in front of the apartment too. We loved our stay, I definitely recommend it.

Ana was undoubtedly the kindest host I have ever found, with uncommon helpfulness and kindness. She welcomed us at check-in by explaining some things about the house, and at check-out she was kind enough to let us out half an hour after normal time. At home she left us a sparkling wine for the new year, a mini panettone and some cookies in the fridge. Really a lot of stuff. One, if not the best BNB I've ever been to.

Francesco was excellent, answering his texts promptly and fulfilling our needs. Great host. Coffee Bar & Market both within 3 minute walk. We like walking so the walk into the main part of town was no issue. Would recommend staying here.

San Lazzaro is amazing area little far away from city center but easy to go anywhere and near by the house you have big supermarket which was amazing you may find lots of local foods and products I love the city Bologna

We absolutely loved staying at Eliana's place, and our dog loved it even more! The house is spacious and decorated in a very homely style. The fenced garden is beautiful — our puppy loved roaming around and playing in the grass. If we come to the Bologna/Castel Guelfo area again, we will definitely stay with Eliana!

Had a very enjoyable stay! The place was clean, beautifully bright and very spacious – just the thing to feel comfortable on vacation. We would like to emphasize the friendly contact: Our contact persons were always available and helpful, which gave us a safe feeling. A small note for future guests: Unfortunately, we did not find a dishwasher or washing machine in the accommodation if that is important for your own planning. Also, the free parking should possibly be described in more detail. There are some free parking spaces in front of the building, but they are public and not reserved. During our stay, it was often difficult to find a free space, especially since we had a rental car for the entire vacation period. Here we would have liked a little more detailed information in advance in order to be able to plan better. Despite these small points, we felt very comfortable! Glad to come back!
