Great place. My family was very comfortable. Very clean, pool got used!!

Very clean and cozy spot. Small, but perfect for a couple. Location provides spectacular views. In all reality, the perch this place is on makes the place feel 10x the actual size. Perfect distance to access Dominical and Beaches. Hosts are very thorough, and very communicative. Could not have asked for more.

My husband and I and our 4 kids LOVED this house. We spent a week there and it was perfect for us. The beach was amazing - great for swimming and playing at high tide and great for walking at low tide. The house had chairs and boogie boards we enjoyed. The pool was awesome. The views of the pool and beach from the deck great. We really appreciated the AC and the ice maker when it was hot outside. House was clean and comfortable. Really cannot say enough how much we loved this location and house.

Es ist absolut magischer Ort und man fühlt sich wie in eine andere Welt versetzt! Es hätte nicht schöner sein können und wir haben die Zeit dort vergessen. Die Hausmeisterfamilie ist sehr freundlich, man lebt mit den Tieren dort sehr friedlich direkt nebeneinander. Ein absoluter Server escape!

Katrina’s place was absolutely what we were looking for. Katrin was so helpful prior to and during our trip. Absolutely recommend this place and definitely recommend use Katrin’s knowledge of the good places to eat and the best tour guides!!

Fantastic location with an amazing view Had a sloth in the tree just metres from the balcony for a couple of days and regular visits from Macaws The house was very comfortable and had all the amenities you could need Andre the concierge was extremely helpful and booked whatever experience we asked him to The plunge pool a definite bonus at the end of the day

The house is very comfortable, fully equipped and very well designed so that each family member has their own space!

Our stay at Lapa Villas was amazing! We were 18 people and it fit us perfectly. Carli was SO helpful, communicative, and recommended so many local attractions. She also helped us booked a Chef (who we loved) and a boat tour, and got us a bit of a deal for our large group size. She even baked us brownies 🥹 It’s an incredible pair of villas and we loved the covered outdoor kitchen right by the pool, we hung out there constantly. The hike down to the private beach is great for viewing wildlife right at the house. The hot tub and pool were amazing, especially with our visit being during the rainy season! We were a bit disappointed by the sauna as it didn’t work at all during our stay, but hopefully it will be up and running soon. And Carli and Yader were both super responsive and helpful with trying to get it going which we greatly appreciated. All in all this was a great place to stay! 5/5 stars

Really enjoyed our stay at the palms. Great little community, very safe and clean. Had some epic surfs. The surrounding towns offer a lot to do. Planning on coming back for another visit!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Unterkunft liegt inmitten wunderschöner Natur und bietet viel Privatsphäre sowie viel Platz zum Entspannen. Besonders gefallen hat uns der gepflegte Pool und die vielen frischen, sauberen Handtücher – wirklich angenehm. Die Lage ist ideal für alle, die Ruhe und Natur suchen – wir konnten sogar Papageien in den Bäumen beobachten. Der nächste Strand ist zwar nicht fußläufig erreichbar, aber mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten gut zu erreichen. Für die Zufahrt zur Unterkunft ist ein Geländewagen (4×4) erforderlich. Ein Geländewagen ist generell empfehlenswert, um die Unterkunft bequem zu erreichen und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Ausstattung entspricht vielleicht nicht dem europäischen Luxusstandard, ist aber absolut passend und sehr gut für Costa Rica. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es einen kurzen Stromausfall, aber das ist nichts Ungewöhnliches und war sehr schnell behoben. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft! Sehr empfehlenswert!

La casa esta muy bien. Algunas mejoras como las aspersiones de los baños y utensilios de la cocina serian ideales. Las camas, la piscina y demás mobiliario estuvieron excelente. Muy recomendable para pasar en familia. Mi familia disfruto mucho y la pasamos muy bien. Los jardines preciosos.

We had a wonderful stay here! Very private, quiet and peaceful, and just a short, easy walk to Uvita beach. The house was very clean and the AC worked great. We appreciated all the extra towels too! The outside patio area was great for relaxing - lots of shady areas when you need a break from the sun, comfy reclining chairs, and a ceiling fan. The pool is small but actually just perfect to relax in after spending time in the hot sun or at the beach. Also recommend the restaurant right around the corner, Kinsu, for a fabulous breakfast! The hosts are lovely - very responsive and friendly, and left wine and chocolate for us when we arrived. We would definitely come back!

We had a lovely 3 nights here. The caretaker Yeni was very helpful (I don't think much English but we didn't have trouble communicating). Jessica was wonderful from afar and very responsive. The house was very comfortable. It does get warm at the beach this time of year, so very thankful for the ac in the bedrooms and lots of fans - and a wonderful swimming pool. Had all the amenities listed. Were able to grill one night. Lots of great restaurants nearby. A good set of instructions with things to do and places to get food, sights to see. Gray sand beach but not rocky like some in Costa Rica are. House was spacious - we were only two couples but easily could be a friends group or larger family. Could easily have stayed longer - maybe next time!

We stayed for one month at Roberto‘s place. Having the pool in the backyard was a lifesaver. The house and the location was great. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store. It was nice having a private bathroom in each bedroom. The outdoor sitting area is covered, which made it far more comfortable in the heat. Roberto was absolutely fantastic in response to any issues we had regardless of how big or how small. He replied immediately and took care of every issue we had within hours. The only thing I can think of that was not the greatest was the kitchen supplies, if you like to cook the pots and pans and other kitchen utensils were not the greatest. That being said, we made do with what we had, and in our overall experience at this house was fantastics. Thank you Roberto for doing such a great job hosting our stay.

Wir haben 10 Tage im Kaffeehaus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist toll morgens mit dem Gesang der Vögel den Tag zu starten und ins Grüne zu schauen. Das Haus liegt ruhig und fern von jeglichem Trubel, man ist mit dem Auto super schnell am Strand oder in den nächsten Orten. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz und ist super ausgestattet, wenn man auch selbst kochen möchte. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Muy contentos con el lugar, todo estaba impecable y la atención maravillosa. Lo único es que la piscina parecía que no le daban mucho mantenimiento. La anfitriona muy atenta.

Honestly, I’m writing this review frantically trying to figure out when I can come back. This was my family’s second trip to Uvita, first stay at this home. It was more than met our expectations. It was clean, beautiful, and central to the activities we planned (with a car. You MUST have a car.) we utilized their driver, and appreciated having the rental car delivered. It was more than worth it after we tried driving from the airport last time. Karol and Kenya also did a perfect job arranging all of our activities. The chefs and massages cannot be beat. I absolutely treasure our time in Uvita, and this home absolutely enhances that experience. ❤️

This place is very peaceful and beautiful, perfect for our small vacation in Costa Rica. Uber worked pretty well and location is great, we felt right at home, the salt water pool is perfect and very gentle on the eyes and skin. The house has two external showers that were useful and also 1.5 bathrooms. The fridge is big enough. The garden is beautiful. Highly recommend.

La casa es muy cómoda, los cuartos de y baños de buen tamaño y las camas cómodas. Muy limpio, todas las amenidades funcionaban y la piscina en buen estado. Excelente ubicación y el host excelente comunicación!

Nossa estadia foi simplesmente perfeita! A casa é impecável, localizada em um condomínio super charmoso e seguro. Tivemos uma experiência inesquecível, celebrando nosso casamento junto de alguns amigos. Tudo ficou ainda mais especial graças à anfitriã, Laura, que foi extremamente solícita e sempre respondeu rapidamente a todas as nossas mensagens. Laura também ajudou nossos amigos a organizar uma surpresa maravilhosa (festa) para comemorarmos ainda mais esse momento. Minha amiga, que teve contato direto com a Laura, ficou encantada com toda a atenção, gentileza e apoio que recebeu durante todo o processo. Somos muito gratos por termos vivido esse momento tão único em uma casa tão acolhedora, charmosa e em uma praia belíssima. Para tornar tudo ainda mais especial, recebemos de presente uma espumante e uma linda guirlanda de flores da anfitriã. Tudo foi preparado com muito carinho e cuidado. Recomendo demais a estadia, tanto pela casa quanto pelo acolhimento excepcional da Laura.

Beautiful place to stay. People in the area were very friendly and helpful. I spoke a little Spanish and they spoke a little English and we were able to communicate great. The restaurants were walking distance and the beach was even closer. Wonderful relaxing atmosphere and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The iguana were very entertaining and the macaws were very beautiful birds to photograph.
