I stayed in the cabin. I loved the place, it really is such a quiet and relaxing place, the sun comes in in the morning by the terrace and it's beautiful. The location is excellent, close to downtown, public transport and still, super quiet. Great wifi for work. Fredy is too friendly, always available. I'll definitely be back :)

Glamping in the Uvita mountains #1

SharadRating, 5 stars45 months ago
This is “”THE” place if you are looking for living amidst nature, woken up by birds chirping and howls of the howler monkeys, to have the sounds of a flowing stream as your companion coupled with superlative customer services! It can become a little hot and humid in the tents during the day in rainy seasons but gets better by evening and night! We would love to be back!
A spacious luxury tent is nestled among lush greenery, featuring a pointed roof with a green fabric exterior. Surrounding plants add to the natural setting, while a wooden walkway leads to the entrance, enhancing the connection to the landscaped grounds.

Luxury camping in Uvita #4

TeresaRating, 5 stars75 months ago
Manoas was by far the best place we stayed during our trip to Costa Rica! Not only were the tents huge, clean and comfortable but the staff went above and beyond to help us with everything Steve was great at communicating and gave us some recommendations for a local tour company before we arrived as well as directions to the property. The campsite is 10-15 mins drive from the Ballena national park and there are supermarkets on the main road before entering the road up to the campsite (you will need 4 x 4) Upon check in we were assisted with our laundry and I asked if there was somewhere to get hot water (for our baby) and they found us a kettle to use in our room. We were also placed in a private spot and near the restaurant which was thoughtful The tents were amazing! The bed was huge and the bathroom was lovely and clean! There was a mini fridge, plates and glasses so it was easy to eat lunch on the surrounding balcony The restaurant serves a 3 course meal for 20 dollars per person which is well worth it as the food is spectacular and you won’t get a more beautiful setting. Breakfast is huge and tasty and 10 dollars per person too. The campsite has a lovely pool, a walk to the river for swimming and a lagoon to visit. The cicada are amazing-we have never heard them so loud and using an app on our phone measured them to be around 70-80 decibels during the day! They quietened at night and the gentle noise helped our baby sleep as it acted like white noise. In the early hours of the morning we heard howler monkeys which was eerie but amazing I could say so much more about this amazing place but think it is best experienced. Definitely the place to stay in Uvita!

Lora Glamping Tent at Cascada Elysiana Waterfall

Casacada is a very good energy place, surrounded by trees and sound of birds. The glamping tent was nice too. The breakfast and the dinner were tasty and Lorena' company made it even more special. I would recommand this accomodation for sure but only if you have a car and you can reach it :)
A spacious sleeping area within a tent features a comfortable mattress covered with crisp white linens and two pillows positioned neatly on top. Soft, warm lighting enhances the inviting atmosphere of the interior.

if paradise exists...it is not far away. a natural setting, virgin, managed by Geraldo and Jaimes of extreme kindness and total availability. La Pura Vida in beach mode under the coconut trees. To be appreciated for sure.
The exterior of a charming chalet showcases a steeply pitched roof with triangular gables. A wooden balcony with a white railing extends from the structure, offering views of the surrounding greenery and the natural landscape.

Excellent place, excellent treatment and communication from the host and people who welcomed us. Guillermo at all times was very communicative and friendly. the place is beautiful. We weren't lucky enough to have the best weather but that didn't stop us from enjoying the stay a lot. I would definitely be happy to return

Great Eco experience. The sound of the river made for the best sleep ever! We didn’t want to leave. Cara and Marco were very welcoming and hospitable. Be sure to have meals at Donna Luz’s place.

Bus Hotel with HotTube in the middle of mountain

SilvyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We really liked being able to visit the place, it has its comforts, it is well equipped, they left us wood for the bonfire and an extra detail which I really appreciate. Communication was always quite fluid, and the perfect place to visit with pets as it is well closed so they can walk free without worries. It can be reached with any type of cart. The water in the jacuzzi was not so hot, it was warm but enough to be comfortable for a while at night. We think the place is well suited for 2 adults and maybe 2 children, but 4 adults could be a little uncomfortable.

Exceptional experience! It was super relaxing and quiet - not as in the middle of the jungle as we thought, so no problem at all with small children - it is super nicely laid out, the beds are great - a mirror would still be great :)
