Had a great stay! Location was great and easy to find. This place is so cute and the pool was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

Casa Peces is well maintained and comfortable. The home is spacious and the neighborhood was peaceful. The pool was perfect. It was very easy to communicate with both Martha and Jessica. I would absolutely stay at Casa Peces again on a future trip!

Comfortable and family place to enjoy in peace

We had a wonderful stay at John's place! I was traveling with a group of 7 and it was the perfect fit for our stay. It felt extremely safe with the remote-control gate, multiple carbon-monoxide detectors, and the security-guard/property-keeper Martín, who always greeted us with a smile in the evenings and early mornings. The location was excellent, with more than a handful of restaurants a 5 to 15 min walk away, a fully stocked super market 2 min away and a very quick drive to the Manuel Antonio National Park. The kitchen was also excellent; we made dinner and cocktails a few nights and were able to enjoy them altogether on the lovely back porch (a great place to read and play cards during a rainy afternoon as well). Even though the property also shares a few other houses, the large plants and beautiful trees keeps the house very private. Our favorite part was the beautiful pool with 8 lounge chairs, pool noodles, and an excellent view of the coastline. Would highly recommend!!

A absolute privilege to spend a few days here as a family. A gem of a house that felt immediately like a home. We loved the quirks and the passion for enjoyment. Top of our price range but to us it was worth every penny. Thank you Tucker.

Such an amazing oasis! Lori was such an amazing host. She walked us around the property and was always available. We woke up to howler monkeys and toucans. The home was clean and well equipped! Perfect for two couples! We will definitely be back to visit!

We had a very relaxing stay; the house is conveniently located close to downtown yet perched on a serene mountain with a stunning city view. The home was immaculate, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a perfect stay. Without a doubt, this will be my top choice for accommodation when I return to Cartago.

A group of 4 (2 middle aged couples) stayed 4 nights in May 2025. Pictures can't actually represent the stunning beauty that you see from the entire house. The kitchen had almost every small appliance you could think of, and it was fun to cook as you could look at the mountains while you cooked. The extremely large covered 3 sided veranda was the best part of the place. You could sit outside, eat a meal at the outdoor table or hang in a hammock no matter if it was raining or not. The beds were very comfortable with nice pillows. Angie, the host was very so helpful and kind from the moment we made our reservation. The entrance to the driveway is quite steep, but there is a parking spot down by the entrance so if you didn't want to drive all the way up you could park there and walk up the driveway. With so many windows and no curtains it can get warm in the house in the afternoon, but if you open the doors a nice breeze comes in and cools quickly. Next time, we would stay longer!

It's a very comfortable place, it has an incredible view, you can see the spectacular sunrise, highly recommended for anyone who wants a unique experience, as a guest I was very satisfied.

The place is great, with everything you need. It’s a little smaller than the pictures look like, otherwsie very nice with awesome amenities. It’s in a great area with lots to do in walking distance. We had trouble figuring out the parking, but the building security was very helpful. We originally tried to call the two numbers the host provided us, but they didn’t answer and never called us back, so I’m glad that the security guard was easy to find on a Saturday night. The rooftop is gorgeous and pool is very nice. Highly recommend this place for when you’re staying in San Jose!

I like this place, I think it's a very good lodging option, clean and spacious, excellent parking and very close to everything, plus a very safe neighborhood.

This apartment was perfect for my husband and I to stay in for a night. Clean, modern, and located in a safe and quiet but fun neighborhood, it offered us everything we needed. Check in and out was super easy, and Carlos was a helpful and responsive host.

This airbnb was the perfect start to our stay in Costa Rica! I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in San Jose. The apartment is pristine and lovely, Luis was very commutative and helped us with anything we asked. All in all this is a fabulous airbnb and we had an incredible time 😄
