Absolutely beautiful place. Paradise Pictures don’t do it justice. Sitting on the patio having coffee every morning listening to the sounds of the rainforest is a truly incredible experience. Everything you need is here. There’s a small marketplace and 2 spectacular restaurants about 500meters up the hill. You can walk to them but you better be in great shape. I would recommend driving. Also highly recommend 4 wheel drive vehicle.

This hotel was great! We originally rented 3 bedrooms but ended up adding a 4th, and luckily we had the entire property and facilities to ourselves. All of the rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked but there were small critters (typical of jungle stays) so we definitely made it a point to wash everything before using/cover everything when done. The pool was cold as it doesn’t get much sun during the day but it was perfect way to cool off and get shade from the sun. Some of us were telecommuting and found the internet to work perfectly fine. The host and his assistant were fast in communicating and were kind enough to provide suggestions. I’d say this is perfect for group stays. The only downside is that it is not very walkable location, as the property sits on a massive hill.

Katrin was the best Airbnb host I’ve had. She was super helpful of getting things scheduled for us for activities and she gave a local restaurant. she is on site so if you ever have a question, she would answer it in a quick text or a phone call. Overall, the place was really great. The pool was exceptional. Probably the best pool in all of the area and having the whole house to our self was incredible and being able to have the monkeys and the beautiful jungle in the backyard was amazing. Would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Costa Rica you’re only five minutes from town at all the fun things. The best beaxh Espadilla is right there and it was a blast.

The house is private and has easy access to a remote beach. The view is very picturesque, and the atmosphere is relaxing. There is staff on site that serves daily breakfast on the private patio. They also tidy up each day just like a hotel. The staff even pointed out monkeys and sloths in the trees on the property. The surrounding area is also beautiful with many things to do, but the place is so nice that you won't want to leave the beachfront property!

Absolutely love this location and house. The pool is epic too and we loved the thunder and lightning storms. We had an amazing experience here and even extended our stay to spend more time in the mountains. Louey and Jessica are incredibly responsive and helpful with everything too.

It is a spectacular property with an incredible view and a very beautiful house. It has everything you need and they provide even more than you would expect in an Airbnb. The house is fully air-conditioned and has a very nice and large pool. It is perfect to spend time with family and friends. Remember to bring everything you need for your stay: food, water, soft drinks, etc. Since the center is not exactly so close to the property and it can be inconvenient to go out, so that your stay is as comfortable as possible and you can enjoy it to the fullest. I only find 3 points to consider before renting 1- Access to the property must be exclusively for a 4x4 vehicle 2- Using the pool at night can bother the neighbors since it is a very quiet area and this makes an echo even when it is conversation and diving in the pool 3- If your intention is to go for the summer and enjoy the nightlife in Dominicalito, I think it is not the place to visit as it is a very boring town

We loved staying here, we were a group with four little ones and it was a great spot to spend the week while exploring the natural wonders that Costa Rica has to offer. The house itself is gorgeous and a short walk to a beautiful baby friendly beach (just be ware that this walk is not stroller friendly). Our host David and Carlos were both extremely responsive and helpful giving us recommendations and booking some activities for us. We used the chefs for a few nights who made us delicious Costa Rican food (chef Freddy and chef Carlos were amazing!) and the cleaning service was so helpful for keeping a house full of little kids clean and sand free. The only thing I would mention for future families is that the balcony (which is beautiful and often times visited by local monkeys) is set into a cliff and requires very watchful eyes to make sure the little ones don’t get too close to the railing. Just something to consider, Overall wonderful stay here and would highly recommend!

The house was more spectacular than the photos and that is saying a lot! Stunning views from every room, floor to ceiling windows and the most amazing sliding doors connecting the main part of the house to the patio and pool. Real indoor/outdoor connection and living. The 180 degree views of both ocean and jungle were literally breathtaking. The team were so helpful too and so responsive. Concierge service is excellent and they booked us fantastic excursions. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you

Couldn’t have asked for better. 11 of us from age 9 - 63 stayed in this lovely home and everyone enjoyed it. The house is spacious and bright with air conditioning in all of the five en suite bedrooms. The bathrooms are all a generous size. The kitchen is well equipped with two full size fridge/freezers. The entire property inside and out was spotless. The pool is beautifully maintained and there is plenty of outdoor seating and tables. The neighborhood is peaceful with lots of wildlife to appreciate. The beach is gorgeous and never busy. We swam everyday. There are numerous activities within a half hour drive. Finally, Malwina was a truly gracious host, helpful, accommodating and responsive. Elizabeth, the property manager was also wonderful. We looked at dozens of homes in Costa Rica and are delighted we selected Malwina’s. I can’t recommend it highly enough

Great spot, loved it, lots to do and close to what we wanted to do at coast without quite the people or super hot temps of being right at the beach.

Amazing house, host, and house staff, lovely grounds and decor, thoughtful touches and beautiful space! Chloe was very generous with upgrading and accommodating us at every turn. Esterios is quaint, local, peaceful, and natural. There is a beautiful mermaid statue on a point at the beach highly recommend! Don toro, fabulous sunset beach hideaway with string lighting and delicious affordable menu. The house is so centrally located yet quiet and elevated up out of the town. Great WiFi and squishy beds !

The host went above and beyond, very well in communication and made us feel right at home. Coordinated when we needed some cleaning done during our stay and assisted when picking up our vehicle took much longer than expected after our designated check in. They made sure we were able to find the location of the property since we came in the middle of the night. would love to come and stay again in the future.

Ville Helena de Hermosa was an absolute dream to stay in! SO MUCH wildlife around the property including macaws, small monkeys, iguanas, etc. made the feeling of being in the jungle even more surreal. The property is walking distance to Playa Hermosa and only a short 20-minute drive to Jaco. Thank you to Gabriel for being such a great host. He is very easy to communicate with, greets you as you arrive, and is extremely attentive to his guest's needs. Having the security guard monitor who entered and left the community gave my group and I a sense of ease when we'd leave for a full-day outing. I couldn't recommend a better place to stay in Playa Hermosa! 100/10!

Our stay here was absolutely magical and was truly a trip of a lifetime for everyone in my group! It was a girl’s trip for my bachelorette - 11 people total and beyond comfortable for all. We each had our own beds and plenty of space. The housekeeper and maintenance/pool man came daily. There are several terraces and outdoor spaces with equally unique and beautiful views! The villa is even more stunning & impressive in person. We opted to do the all-inclusive private chefs and it was BEYOND WORTH IT and really made our trip so unforgettable! Our chefs Mario & Adrian were absolutely INCREDIBLE; we ate like royalty everyday! The concierge team was so responsive and helpful in planning the trip and making all of our reservations for every type of activity we wanted to do! Excursions, spa day massages at the villa, airport transportation… they will help you book and organize every request! There’s not a single complaint or negative thing that we could say. STOP HESITATING & BOOK IT!!!

Excellent stay! The house was in a beautiful setting, we sat by the pool every morning and watched scarlet macaws flying through the jungle. The house itself was immaculately clean and well appointed, we did a lot of our own cooking using the kitchen and outdoor grill, were in the pool daily, and relied on the AC units to keep it cool in the hot weather. While the house and setting were great, the real highlight of the trip was Jeffrey, our host and driver for the week. Jeff picked us up an San Jose and was flexible with the time. He drove us back to Quepos, about three hours, and acted as our tour guide as well - telling us about the geography, flora/fauna, culture, language, and other information about Costa Rica - and answered tons of questions. Once we arrived at the house Jeff was a great host ensuring we had what we needed and providing excellent recommendations and transportation. He recommended a spectacular beach, beautiful catamaran cruise, and night tour. All great!

We had a great stay! Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and the place was exactly as described… if anything, it exceeded our expectations. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. One note: we were traveling with an elderly family member, and the setup wasn’t the most ideal for them. That said, it would be absolutely perfect for a trip with friends, and I would definitely love to come back!

Our stay in Naranjo, Costa Rica was amazing! Rodolfo and Eugenia were incredible hosts! From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. Anytime we had questions or needed recommendations, they answered quickly and helpfully. They even surprised my best friend with a birthday cake! The property was stunning—clean, spacious, and even better than the photos. Perfect for a large group. We loved the big pool, outdoor kitchen, and peaceful greenery. It felt very safe with on-site security. While Ubers worked for some destinations, we recommend having a car or reliable driver. Thankfully, our hosts helped when needed. The location is also super convenient—close to the airport and not far from San José. We 100% recommend this place and can’t wait to return! Thank you Rodolfo & Eugenia!

We had a wonderful visit at Lee’s house. The house and grounds are very unique and we always found something new everyday. The pool is very nice and inviting. Antonio was a great asset to the stay with his gracious smile… thank goodness for interpreter apps on our phones🤣🤣. We would stay there again if we ever visit Costa Rica again.

This place is a MUST!! It's sp peaceful we never wanted to leave. The town and beach was really close along with some gorgeous waterfalls! The hill going up was a little scary at first and you will definitely want 4 wheel drive especially if it rains but once up there it felt like you was in the middle of the jungle but mins away from society. There was some electric issues when the storm came but Monica was so very helpful and responsive and they had everything you needed. We have shared this with all of our friends and we will be back !

Absolutely loved staying in Karen and Chiri’s beautiful home. Karen met us at check in and was very friendly and welcoming. She was kind enough to bring us homemade banana bread and delicious local blue bananas. The house was very private, tastefully decorated and felt quite safe. The backyard pool and view from the bedroom balcony were our favorite parts. The kitchen was well stocked and had all necessary amenities, bed was comfy. The house was within walking distance of the beach and several stores and restaurants. Highly recommend dining at Los Almendros, Karen and Chiri’s restaurant. Would definitely stay here again!

A nice place full of nature and a large swimming pool with a great field to do quite a few activities. The rooms are super comfortable and nice, a 10. I would definitely go back.
