if your going to stay in Costa Rica, this is definitely a good place to stay. a comfortable apartment with nice amenities in the building (pool, small indoor kids playground, bar, gym, car park), helpful and responsive hosts, and short Uber distance from the city center

Andrey is a great host and communicator. Getting in and settled was super easy. We loved the privacy, security and grounds. Safe and gated parking - YAY! The apartment was SUPER CLEAN and had everything we needed for our stay. Lots of room to spread out and the AC worked great in the bedroom. Down-type pillows were a nice plus. I'm just sad we didn't stay long enough to enjoy the jacuzzi! I can tell that this family manages the property with LOVE.

We loved this place! The view is stunning. The city lights up like diamonds! The building is creative beyond belief. It is so much fun to explore and the concept rooms on the 31st floor are magical. The VW bus on the roof is over the top! The apartment itself is small but thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed to cook each night. I loved that there is a balcony and the bedroom window opens for ventilation, which can be rare in a high rise. We loved our stay here.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exactly as described—actually, even better than expected! What the photos don’t show is that there are two balconies, including one directly off the main bedroom, which was a lovely surprise. The space was clean and well-equipped. The fridge and other amenities were spot on, and the couch and chairs were comfortable. There’s a washer and dryer inside. Comes with a floor fan . Come to think of it, didn’t get hot at all in the apartment. Although we didn’t get a chance to fully explore the neighborhood, we noticed several nice cafes and restaurants within walking distance and The location felt safe. The hosts were very communicative throughout the stay and even arranged for us to check in early, which was a big help. The check-in process itself was seamless, and the front desk staff were welcoming and kind. Overall, it was a great stay. We’d definitely book again the next time we’re in

This place is fantastic! I’d love to return. The concierge was incredibly helpful. If you’re into working out, the equipment is sufficient for a great workout. The advanced technology in the washer and dryer is incredible; I wish I had one back home. You must take advantage of the breathtaking sunrise and sunset from the rooftop while enjoying a refreshing swim or relaxing in the Jacuzzi.

We've been fortunate to stay in some nice properties, but this easily stood out as the most amazing place we've been. The house is incredible, the concierge (Fabian) was very helpful, the (daily) cleaning staff was top notch and the views were remarkable. The place looks even better in person than the (impressive) pictures on the site. Being high up meant not only a great view of the landscape but also wildlife. We regularly saw macaws, toucans and squirrel monkeys, who jumped through the trees (one tree only 15 feet or so from the pool/deck) two evenings while we were there. It was an incredible experience all the way around.

We had a wonderful time The house is beautiful and equipped with everything you need. It was wonderful to enjoy nature from the terrace, the view was phenomenal. It is true that you need a 4x4 to get there, but that also ensures that once you have arrived you can enjoy absolute privacy and tranquility!

This place was incredible! Finding the house was a breeze due to Chris’s instructions. We were able to find it without any issues even in the dark. The house itself was the perfect size, had everything we needed, was clean, and had a beautiful atmosphere. There’s no AC but it honestly wasn’t an issue at all, there are plenty of fans to keep cool and the windows can be opened for fresh air. We also really enjoyed the outdoor setting, we spent a good amount of time on the back deck and in the pool. There was some cool wildlife to see around the house too! I have absolutely nothing poor to say about this place and would highly recommend!! Chris was very responsive and helped with any questions/concerns we had. If we were to ever travel back to Costa Rica, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this place!

Amazing house, pool, and location - close to everything in Uvita, yet secluded. The pictures of the view from the deck and pool don't do it justice. The house was very clean, and the hosts were easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this home to others.

We loved Pablo's place, especially the beautiful plants inside and out. We loved the area and found 2 great restaurants in the short time we had to spend there. The bed was super comfy. It was a perfect place to stay the night before catching our flight the next day. We'll definitely stay here again when we come back!

Excellent place. Very nice and cozy. The decor was very nice. The building has a fabulous view, a bar in the lobby and I liked the decor of the apartments with different concepts. 100% recommended.

I’m an expat living in the southern part of CR. I fly out of SJO 3 or 4 times a year, and usually stay at the Fairfield or the Courtyard because of their proximity to the airport. I decided to try something different this time and I’m so glad I did! Not only was it less than half the price of staying in a hotel, it was WAY nicer. It’s a safe, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to City Mall (3 minutes) and all of its shops and restaurants, and only $6 Uber to the airport. Carolina is very quick to respond to any messages, and you can tell she cares about your experience. I especially loved that there was an ice maker in the door of the fridge (super rare in bnb’s in CR) and the snacks and water provided. The apartment practically sparkled it was so clean! Full-sized washer and dryer, 2 bathrooms with showers, comfortable bed and sofa… this was absolutely the best value of any stay I’ve experienced in CR. I will DEFINITELY be back!
