Maison propre et calme. Extérieur incroyable avec une jolie terrasse. Très fonctionnelle. Olga est très réactive et accueillante. Dommage la piscine était froide à cette époque mais elle a l'air incroyable. Le seul bémol est qu'il y a un peu d'humidité à l'intérieur mais il faut penser à bien aérer toute la journée.

La casa està en una ubicació fantàstica, és àmplia, està neta i amb uns serveis molt bons. El propietari, En Francisco, és una persona afable i amabilíssima, a qui públicament agraïm el tracte que ens va dispensar fins el final. Moltes gràcies per tot, Francisco.

We found ourselves in a lovely apartment with a very quiet surrounding and the perfect size for a couple. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is very clean. We were positively surprised to not only find towels for the bathroom, but for the beach as well. There are a few restaurants very close by and the beautiful beach and food stores are in close walking distance. We could eat on the small terrace from where you can see a bit of the ocean. Sadly, the sun would never touch the terrace and it sometimes felt a bit like a cave, with a cozy interior though. This might be perfect during the hot summertime, but it’s a bit cold for the end of September. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our one week stay very much and would recommend it warmly.

Sehr schöne, zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Leider etwas zu laut durch den Lieferverkehr des gegenüberliegenden Supermarlt. Viktoria war die perfekte Gastgeberin, einfach zu erreichen, sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und reaktionsschnell. Wenn man nicht den ganzen Tag in der Unterkunft verbringen will, ein Top-Tip.

Paula ha estado atenta en todo momento. Me facilitó una modificación de fechas por problemas que tuve en mi reserva de vehículo, conseguí modificar fechas sin problemas ni coste adicional. Queria que pasasemos buenas vacaciones y con esta flexibilidad lo consiguió. Hemos estadao muy agusto, eramos 3 adultos y dos niños pequeños, y era perfecta. Muy ordenada y limpia y Paula en todo momento se ha preocupado por nosotros y nos ha facilitado sitios para visitar. Repetiremos!!

In der Unterkunft haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt und wir konnten zum Glück direkt nach der Ankunft und vor 15 Uhr einchecken. Der Host hat immer ausserordentlich schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet, uns immer geholfen und uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir waren mit einem Kleinkind da und die Wohnung war dafür super geeignet. Der Pool ist wenig besucht, weshalb wir ihn immer für uns alleine hatten. Auch das Meer war sehr schön und schnell zu Fuss zu erreichen. Ein sehr toller Aufenthalt und eine Unterkunft, die sehr zu empfehlen ist.

El apartamento está muy bien para una familia. La urbanización tiene piscina, jardín que estaban preparadas ya en abril. la cocina tiene lavavajillas y todo lo necesario. Todo tal cual se describe en el anuncio. Hemos estado muy cómodos. Jaume ha sido muy amable y atento. Si podemos repetiremos.

Rosi's place is perfect for peace and relaxation, with unique views of sunsets being just a few minutes from Ciutadella. It has all the amenities you might need for a longer stay and the beach nearby is almost like a private cove, just for the residents. We would love to be back sometime.
