Excellent stay. The extremely well located home is clean and tastefully decorated. As a bonus in April we had the sunset facing the sea.

We felt right at home at the villa. We stayed as a multi-generational family with grandparents, aunts/uncles and toddlers. There was plenty of space to move about and not feel on top of each other. The pool was a bit cool in early October. It was fine for the grown ups but the kids preferred to just get feet wet or not get in. There were plenty of inner tubes and some other pool toys to use. The kitchen was well equipped for our light and basic cooking. We also used the outside kitchen a couple of nights to have a barbecue. Each bedroom had its own bathroom as an ensuite or nearby. Every bathroom had a hair dryer as well. The villa was very well located. We enjoyed a very short walk to lunch or dinner most days. While you can walk to some things, Miriam had recommended having a hire car. This was great advice! We drove to larger food shops like the Discount Supermarket or Lidl. We also drove to Cituadella most days to explore or to nearby sites. Would definitely recommend!

Very pretty, peaceful and private house tucked away in Cala Morell, overlooking the forest and surrounded by nature. Joana gave us easy directions to get to the house which is barely 10 minutes from the beautiful town of Ciutadella which has plenty of shops for everything you need and some very good restaurants. We visited in late October and the garden still gets the sun though the day with enough shade to cool down. There is a pool which overlooks only the calm of the forest. Two beautiful beaches are just up the coast, our favorite being Platja des Bot, a short walk through the trees from the carpark. Any communication with the hosts received an almost immediate response which makes any planning easier. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back next year. Thank you Joana and Miquel.

We had a lovely stay at Beatriz’s place. Lovely private garden, all the amenities you could need inside and the shared pool was also nice a quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous holiday with our daughter, son-in-law and our two grandsons (2yrs and 6mth Olds). The Villa catered for all our needs and the swimming pool guard for our 2 yr old was a godsend. The Villa is so beautiful with a contemporary style. The furnishings are very stylish. We really couldn’t fault anything. The location is private and quiet with everything just 5 minutes walk away. We had a fabulous dinner at Francesca’s one evening which is very nearby and would highly recommend. Jose Luis was the perfect host ensuring all our needs were met! We can’t wait to return soon!

We stayed in Maripaz's cottage for six nights during our vacation in Menorca. We had a great time, the apartment has all the essentials (pots, plates, washing machine, etc.), ample indoor parking, swimming pool, a beautiful garden and is located in a very convenient location and very close to Mao airport. Finally, Maripaz is a very kind and helpful host. The only note is that the sofa bed can be a little uncomfortable to rest on despite a topper being provided to place on top. Overall, I recommend Maripaz's cottage also for its good value for money.

The location of Rachel’s house was perfect and the position right on the water was incredible. We loved the patio overlooking the ocean and it was so special to walk the couple minutes to the swimming cove. We went to some other beaches on the island but in the last few days we realized there was no reason to leave the house and swimming cove. It was perfect! There are a couple small stores within walking distance and cute town of Binbecca Vell just 5 minutes walk or so. Wouldn’t want to be any closer or it would feel too close to the crowds. The house is also very close to one of the nicest restaurants on the island with an incredible roof deck—Bambu. Highly recommend. We drove all over the island and were really glad we chose Rachel’s house. Rachel was really helpful and gave us lots of suggestions about what to do, where to shop, eat, etc. Highly recommend this beautiful house!

I absolutely loved this place. The house is huge and incredibly well stocked. It was even better than the photos. The pool was amazing as was the kitchen. The location is perfect and we had an incredible stay. Beautiful town!

Rosa was incredibly helpful and gave us many recommendations. Her home is warm & welcoming. We were comfortable. Our stay was wonderful. The location was peaceful & perfect for relaxing. Yet, down the way is a beautiful lighthouse with a great view of the sunset from its outdoor restaurant. Many markets and places to eat nearby. Our only disappointment is, we didn’t stay longer! We spent time going to great beaches and visiting nearby towns. Rosa’s place is a perfect getaway for R&R. We hope to return!!

David is always available and responsive to answer our questions. The apartment is in a very good location, very well-equipped with a terrace and a pool that is highly appreciated. When we arrived, nice little touches were waiting for us. A parking space is available with the apartment, the neighborhood is very quiet. We'll be back.

We had a pleasant stay in this very well-equipped, comfortable (very good bedding), beautiful bathrooms and all carefully decorated. Our host was available, friendly, responsive and provided good advice. Location is very quiet. Access to small beaches on foot is a real plus. Supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance as well. We recommend it unreservedly and will be back with pleasure.

Lovely stay at this villa, stayed elsewhere in Son Bou previously but this was very homely, in a great location and the view was second to none. The air con was a bit dated and we had a few issues but I do not want to rate down based on this as it was out of the owners control, they were very responsive and did all they could to solve any problems as fast as possible. I would be happy to return here in the future ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a wonderful stay. Stunning location for sea swimming, snorkeling as well as a beautiful pool. Anabel was super helpful and really responsive with excellent directions and photos of how to find the property. Appartment clean and tidy and well equipped kitchen

This was definately a fantastic place to stay,the location was second to none, although a car is a must as no amenities in local village.We were looking for a holiday away from the hussle and bussle and we were not disappointed. The locals were friendly and welcoming and it was a pleasure to feel part of a small community. The accomodation was ideal for the 2 of us and with the bar next door we were never far away from a cold beer. I would also like to give a big thanks to antonio who looked after us amazingly and went above and beyond for us.

Beautiful villa! Very efficient maintenance service! In terms of dishes, there are no salad bowls, oven dishes. We would have liked to have found basic necessities: sponge, dishwashing product, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, soap, etc.

We were three adults looking for a quiet, relaxing stay away from crowds. S'Olivera is beautiful and has been thoughtfully renovated with multiple places, in and outdoors, to eat or sit and relax. Unfortunately, we experienced unusually rainy weather so weren't able to make the most of the lovely pool. S'Olivera is in a quiet, rural location but only 20 minutes by car or taxi from the airport and 5 minutes drive from Alaior. We enjoyed walking into Alaior to pick up fresh bread, fruit or any other groceries we needed. Both Ona and Susan were very helpful responding promptly to any requests.

Really great and clean villa. Pool towels, umbrellas for the beach, kitchen utensils, all the amenities you could need. Hosts were very friendly and we even could check in ahead of the scheduled time due to the villa being empty the day before. Great pool, great view. The only negative I could think of is out of their control: that the walk to and especially from the beach are more strenuous than we expected, as there is no direct way there.

We had a very pleasant stay in Avri'. The house is a little far from the beach but which allows for an unobstructed and magnificent view of the sea and Mallorca. Communication with the team is very easy, we appreciated the very generous welcome basket. The only two downsides encountered were the humidity of the house (maybe we were the first vacationers of the season) and the disgusting smells in the bathrooms. We would recommend this listing:)

The house is very pretty and also practical with plenty of space for our family of five. Several outdoor areas and multiple options for lounging, working, eating. The pool is very nice also and the area around it too. The kitchen is well equipped and we could easily prepare meals without any compromises. The area of Son Bou is the best on the island in my view. Multiple restaurants, mostly very affordable, supermarket, bakery etc within just a few minutes walk. No need for a car on a daily basis. And best of all the beach which is one of the prettier ones I’ve been to, with amazing water and sand. Yes it was crowded but it was still easy to find a sun chair or spot and n the sand. The beach bars are really great and people are super friendly. We had an amazing time! The house was not cheap but for us it was worth the money. The hostess was super friendly and professional from beginning to end. Highly recommend this place!

My husband and I stayed for a week and had the most fabulous stay. The villa has a stunning view of the sea. The top balcony has glass panels which shield you from too much breeze and is the perfect suntrap. The beds are extremely comfortable, we slept so well. It was peaceful, easy to find and such a lovely place to stay. We were pleasantly surprised that cleaners came halfway through our stay and they re-did clean linen and towels etc. We hope to come back next year, truly a gem!

We had the best time at the house! The house is newly renovated, has an amazing outdoor area and everything you might need for your stay. The hosts were super responsive, replying to our messages quickly and helping with issues we had in the way.
