Villa Luciana is located in Son Bou, a 15-minute walk to the beach. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms with a shower, a spacious and bright living-dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The property also has air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living room. On the lower floor, you will find the private pool and parking. The house also has a barbecue. The terraces run along the entire ocean-facing façade and offer unobstructed views, with several spaces for relaxing.
