Villas in San Gimignano

We had a wonderful stay at Pietro’s home. We found that the location was very central in terms of getting to other villages /towns (pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino etc). The home itself is very thoughtfully decorated and comfortable. Having coffee on the back deck by the pool every morning was wonderful. The house has everything you need in terms of cooking utensils, coffee maker etc. Pietro answered all of our questions before and during our stay, and was a wonderful host.

We had a perfect break in Lorenza’s lovely house. It was extremely spacious and exceptionally clean. The garden is beautiful and well maintained with lots of areas to sit in and enjoy the peaceful environment. Our dogs loved their walks in the woods nearby and they enjoyed meeting all the feline residents! Lorenza and her husband are a lovely friendly couple who have put a lot of thought into ensuring their guests have a great holiday.

Absolutely in awe of this little gem! The place itself was new and fresh but still with that Tuscan look and feel. Set amongst the most gorgeous gardens with a pool. The town had everything you need, a big supermarket and plenty of restaurants. Florence, the airport and Pisa were so close and easy to get to. Not to mention the beds were super comfy and the aircon was fantastic. We had such a lovely stay and Manuela was so lovely, responsive and helpful. Would absolutely be back if ever in Tuscany again! Glad we booked here it was just honestly perfect and such a highlight of our big Europe trip.

A magical place! we loved the peace and quiet, the view is gorgeous and the place had everything we needed. Isabella and her husband are extremely nice and helpful, our interactions with them were really good and they went out of their way to accommodate us. The stairs are a little on the small size and the wifi is really slow (so is the 4G internet since there is low reception there) so it's not for everyone, but if you choose to stay at Isabella's place, you won't regret it!

We enjoyed our stay at the Sectret Garden. Thank you Davide for the goodies in the fridge and the food in the very well stocked cupboards. We managed to have time to read a book in the llovely garden depite having showers. Easy to reach the town centre, we took the escalator for a couple of days and decided to walk from the Plazza De Campo. one evening , walked every day very easy walk back to the house and train station. We would definitely stay again. Carol and Richard.

We were greeted by Giuliana with cordiality, she provided us with all the information on places and cities to visit as well as directions on shops and restaurants in the village, offering maximum availability for any need. The location of the house is great for getting around, in two minutes you are on the highway. Quiet house, well equipped, clean and comfortable as advertised. Great private parking in the garden. It was a nice vacation. Highly recommended experience.

A dream come true, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy where peace, tranquility and simplicity reign. Borgo di Quota is 10 minutes from the town of Poppi along a well-maintained road of hairpin bends accessible to all, among other things in the town of Poppi you can find all possible services. A special mention to the Host Claudia, a wonderful person as well as the apartment. But I think words are not enough for a place like this, you have to experience it, and I'll add that the food in the area is really good. At Dimenticato a Quota, you'll also find a well-stocked shop run by special people.

Fabulous stay. Well situated next to station that takes you into Florence in 30 mins. Lovely friendly neighbours and Prato is a gorgeous part of Italy

The apartment was comfortable and contained everything you need. The location in the middle of the village was very good as we were walking distance to the whole village. Davide was a very nice and accommodating host who kindly answered our questions and gave us tips.

I highly recommend this place ! Ilaria was a wonderful host ❤️ This was our first stay in Italy 🇮🇹 and we felt well cared for. Ilaria was wonderfully patient when I asked about everything, very good communication between us I🙌🏼❤️'m so glad we came to such a house ! Something about the house : It was wonderful, atmospheric, and we felt great in it ☺️ Very clean and tidy , all the amenities you want, the kitchen is well-equipped, towels available in large quantities, linens and pillows clean and tidy, TV (Netflix and Disney perfect for kids to watch in the evening), toys and a lot of books for children 🧒🏼 My children were delighted with this place 🙌🏼 Washer and dryer for guests. Nice and quiet, atmospheric place. Shops and restaurants are very close. It was lovely to walk around the neighborhood. The most delicious ice cream is a 10-minute walk away, a 👌🏼🤩 parking lot with plenty of parking, beautiful buildings, a playground, and a park right next door.

Truly a family-friendly B&B. Rossano's parents are very kind and understanding. It really feels like you're at home. They also left us a bottle of their wine (good!). The apartment is as shown in the photos and description and is very clean. Beautiful garden, vineyards and olive grove. I recommend it

Great location in the town center, great host, always fast to respond. The house was nice & warm, hot water was easy to control and the house was well equipped. Overall we enjoyed our short stay in San Gimignano.

Aurora was a very responsive host and accommodated any needs we had. Place was as listed. About 30 min to downtown by bus. Be aware of the last bus back to the air bnb as we missed it and had to buy a taxi back. Overall a good place to stay if you want a peaceful stay outside of the city.

Had a lovely stay at Monica's. Super helpful and accommodating. Close enough to go to Florence for a day trip. Monica gave us a good suggestion of where to park and then take a train in to the city. Would definitely stay again. We did have a rental car, would be more of a challenge on foot/transit.

We loved our stay in David’s apartment. Great spot in the middle of everything and a great place to bring a family. Having continuous hot water along a washer and dryer a plus. David was a wonderful host. Would recommend!!

Chiara has a beautiful establishment and is a super host. She was welcoming, provided us with useful information, gave us clear and concise information when we required assistance. I would recommend her establishment and will definitely stay there again if ever I am in Florence again.

Just book it! It was extraordinary

Large airbnb tucked outside the city. Location is very walkable. Space is large, and unit is clean. Marina & her team were very accommodating with us as well, which I appreciate!

Filippo and Theresa were so sweet and accommodating. We had some travel delays and they went out of their way to accommodate. The house and land around it is spectacular. We were able to take lots of photos for senior pictures for our daughter and landscape photos. Overall it’s a beautiful place

When we arrived, we found that the pool was shared. This should have been clarified before booking. That said, everything else was perfect. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean. Carla was very nice. We had a wonderful time.
