We loved our stay. Pierre was so attentive and the place was immaculate. Plus the breakfast was absolutely amazing.

We had a great weekend at the Strade Bianche race. The accommodation is in the center, a stone's throw from Piazza del Campo. Clean and well-maintained spaces... the only flaw is the improved soundproofing. Highly recommended anyway

Wonderful apartment with a beautiful backyard in a quiet area, still close to the city center.

This is a true gem! I almost didn't write this review because I don't want to let this secret hideaway become overcrowded and unable to book when I go back to Florence. An authentic Florentine bed and breakfast, centrally located, safe, clean, and the best part are the hosts that treat you like family! Breakfast and coffee-phenomenal! Not only are you getting a lovely and quaint place to stay, but you also get the assistance and care from Riccardo and his wife to have the best experience in Florence. Both were so helpful in arranging a tour of the Chianti region, being present for my lost luggage so I didn't worry and waste time waiting for the delivery, making reservations to places I couldn't get into, giving advice for sites to see, even ordering a taxi for departure, and offering historical information about the city and its many changes. They go over and above what is expected from an air bnb! Will definitely stay again if they will have me!

We had a great time with our two dogs at Sabrina's house. Everything was very clean and according to the photos and descriptions. The breakfast was wonderful, and the facilities were incredible, well maintained, with stunning views and a fantastic pool!! Thank you Sabrina for your kindness, we had a great time!!

We felt very comfortable during our stay. Carla, our hostess is just wonderful and was able to recommend great restaurants. The breakfast was varied and rich. Although the accommodation is very quiet, you can still get to the center of Florence relatively quickly, on foot in about 30 to 40 minutes, by car in about 10 minutes, although you have to park on the outskirts of the city if you do not drive an electric car. For us, it was the perfect base to explore Florence and the surrounding area.

The accommodation and its surroundings are even more beautiful and pleasant than in the listing photos, we had a great time, always well supported and advised by Bice. (@ Bice, we couldn't say goodbye to Yolenda when we left, can you pass her our regards, please? Thank you) Caroline and Sandrine

OMG. No words…best stay! Excellent staff and people, if you get a chance you must eat one of the nights there when they host the dinner. It was the best food my husband and I ever had! The breakfast was nice and the service was just amazing. Can’t wait to visit again

We loved our stay , everything was beautiful and just as described, Christine and Monica we’re both great host and made us feel at home. The countryside is beautiful. The recommendation for restaurants were all great, I would definitely go back again !

Better than the photos. This place is perfectly positioned away from busy S Geminiano but only 4kms away. Everything was perfect but the thing that stood out the most was Nadia’s and Sandra’s willingness to please our every need. Let’s not forget Ada, the black bundle of joy that welcomed us every day. We’ve stayed in numerous places all over the world and this room by far exceeded our expectations! It’s a very big room with a beautiful clean bathroom - the shower is everything! Super comfortable bed, air conditioning functioning, even a complimentary bottle of wine at check in. We loved this place! We were also able to use the Swimmingpools and the breakfast in the restaurant was absolutely next level!!! We also had dinner on both nights and it was spectacular! We did not want to leave! Everyone was also extremely friendly and helpful. If you can I would highly recommend staying here- there is also a short walk up to San Gimignano which is an added bonus!

Very helpful service and a beautiful place

Daniela is a very helpful and attentive person. She made us feel right at home. She welcomed us to the property and was immediately attentive to our needs. We stayed in her equipped tent. 2 adults and 2 children. We spent 2 days in complete freedom in her property, taking advantage of a well-kept pool and a well-equipped and charming garden. A hammock and a small bonfire were our backdrop during a delicious apericena with a wonderful view. Quiet and away from the chaos, it allowed us to recharge before our return to Rome.

Our stay at the castle was very memorable. Our host was absolutely fabulous. His articulation, his caring for our individual needs every morning. He made a custom map for us and highlighted some areas that he felt we would enjoy us on a lot of locations. We probably wouldn’t have gone without his suggestions and it was just a real nice, pleasant visit

Beautiful views that make you no longer want to move. Super located, beautiful landscape on every side. The pool is clean and tidy. Lots of space for walking, safe for children who ran around the property on their own. Elevations are pleasant, which makes cycling easier. The apartment is clean, fully equipped, and a big plus. Great contact with the owner, she was very helpful, she responded very quickly to any doubts if they appeared, explained right away. I recommend the place! I'll be sure to go back :)

This home is something special. Very clean. Very aesthetically interesting. The beds were very comfortable. Linens lovely. Everything in the space had a story to tell. Lots of history. Stefano was very flexible and informative. We never met Stefano due to the fact that we came in late from travels and had to leave early for a flight home. But we had all we needed to feel at home when we arrived. Coffee in the AM and wonderful seating areas outside to watch the sunrise and hear the birds:) thank you Stefano for leaving us with a very cozy last night in Tuscany. We will never forget it.

Maria Livia was immediately kind and helpful and did not hesitate to meet us if needed. The place exceeded our expectations, being much more spacious than we thought, with clean and tidy spaces. If we go back to the area we will definitely come back here!

The place was super, food and drinks were ok, close to the center, so pretty much everything you need for a successful trip.

We stayed in the property with six people and felt really comfortable! The house is a bit outdated, but it somehow also matched the area and made the whole thing charming. In the spacious kitchen-living room, from which the bedrooms depart, we cooked together and let the evenings end. A small coffee Bialetti was available, fortunately we had our own with us. We had some mosquitoes visiting some mosquitoes despite nets in front of the windows. The pool and views were just fantastic and it's been a great starting point for a Tuscan visit. On the premises you can only get through a barrier, for which you can get your own electric openers after check-in. All in all, we would definitely recommend the accommodation due to the location, its country house Charmes and the value for money.

Florencia was a wonderful host! She responded quickly if we had any questions out our stay! All of her local recommendations were amazing they were as good as she described! I would definitely stay here again!
