Villas in San Gimignano

We had a wonderful stay at Pietro’s home. We found that the location was very central in terms of getting to other villages /towns (pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino etc). The home itself is very thoughtfully decorated and comfortable. Having coffee on the back deck by the pool every morning was wonderful. The house has everything you need in terms of cooking utensils, coffee maker etc. Pietro answered all of our questions before and during our stay, and was a wonderful host.

We had a perfect break in Lorenza’s lovely house. It was extremely spacious and exceptionally clean. The garden is beautiful and well maintained with lots of areas to sit in and enjoy the peaceful environment. Our dogs loved their walks in the woods nearby and they enjoyed meeting all the feline residents! Lorenza and her husband are a lovely friendly couple who have put a lot of thought into ensuring their guests have a great holiday.

Absolutely in awe of this little gem! The place itself was new and fresh but still with that Tuscan look and feel. Set amongst the most gorgeous gardens with a pool. The town had everything you need, a big supermarket and plenty of restaurants. Florence, the airport and Pisa were so close and easy to get to. Not to mention the beds were super comfy and the aircon was fantastic. We had such a lovely stay and Manuela was so lovely, responsive and helpful. Would absolutely be back if ever in Tuscany again! Glad we booked here it was just honestly perfect and such a highlight of our big Europe trip.

A magical place! we loved the peace and quiet, the view is gorgeous and the place had everything we needed. Isabella and her husband are extremely nice and helpful, our interactions with them were really good and they went out of their way to accommodate us. The stairs are a little on the small size and the wifi is really slow (so is the 4G internet since there is low reception there) so it's not for everyone, but if you choose to stay at Isabella's place, you won't regret it!

We enjoyed our stay at the Sectret Garden. Thank you Davide for the goodies in the fridge and the food in the very well stocked cupboards. We managed to have time to read a book in the llovely garden depite having showers. Easy to reach the town centre, we took the escalator for a couple of days and decided to walk from the Plazza De Campo. one evening , walked every day very easy walk back to the house and train station. We would definitely stay again. Carol and Richard.

Siamo stati accolti da Giuliana con cordialità, ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni sui luoghi e le città da visitare nonchè le indicazioni sui negozi e ristoranti del paese, offrendo la massima disponibilità per qualsiasi necessità. La posizione della casa è ottima per gli spostamenti, in due minuti sei in l'autostrada . Casa silenziosa, ben attrezzata, pulita e confortevole come da descrizione. Ottimo il parcheggio privato in giardino. E' stata una bella vacanza. Esperienza altamente raccomandata.

Un sogno che diventa realtà, uno dei borghi più belli d'Italia dove regna pace ,tranquillità e semplicità. Borgo di Quota a 10 minuti dal paese Poppi percorrendo una strada di tornanti ben mantenuta accessibile a tutti,tra l'altro nel paese di Poppi puoi trovare tutti i servizi possibili. Una menzione particolare alla Host Claudia , persona stupenda così come l'appartamento. Ma penso che le parole non bastino un posto così bisogna viverlo,e aggiungo che in zona si mangia davvero bene. Dimenticato a Quota troverete anche una bottega rifornitissima gestita da persone speciali.

The area in Tuscany was just amazing and so was the house which was beautiful, secluded with plenty of privacy and tranquility. The house was clean, well equipped and furnished, with an extremely comfortable bed which seems to be an oversight with most Airbnb hosts. We can't thank Giulia and her father enough with all their help, after our tyre blowout. We were 3kms from the stay and the picked us up and also arranged for the replacement. We can recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday in Tuscany and close proximity to Firenze, Pisa etc.

Al giorno d'oggi ci meravigliamo quando incontriamo persone disponibili, pronte a soddisfare ogni esigenza e a fare anche di più! Questa è la descrizione di Chiara e Andrea genitori di Giulia, che già dalla prenotazione hanno cercato di trovare qualsiasi soluzione per facilitare il nostro soggiorno. Il mio compagno é in sedia a rotelle e loro con qualche aggiustamento hanno reso il nostro soggiorno perfetto! L'appartamento è davvero confortevole, come essere a casa. In pieno centro storico e comodissimo per raggiungere la stazione del serraglio. Letto comodissimo!! Consiglio a tutti un soggiorno "Da Giulia" ma sopratutto sono felice di aver conosciuto persone così fantastiche!

Lägenheten var bekväm och innehöll det mesta man behöver. Läget mitt i byn var mycket bra då vi hade gångavstånd till hela byn. Davide var en mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående värd som vänligt svarade på våra frågor och gav oss tips.

Davvero un B&B a misura di famiglia. I genitori di Rossano sono gentilissimi e comprensivi. Sembra davvero di essere a casa. Ci hanno anche fatto trovare una bottiglia del loro vino (buono!). L’appartamento è come da foto e descrizione ed è pulitissimo. Bellissimo il giardino, le vigne e l’uliveto. Lo raccomando

Great location in the town center, great host, always fast to respond. The house was nice & warm, hot water was easy to control and the house was well equipped. Overall we enjoyed our short stay in San Gimignano.

Amalia e suo marito sono due persone splendide. Ci hanno accolti in modo cordiale ed amichevole, rendendosi disponibili per ogni necessità. Sono molto attenti ai particolari e hanno reso il soggiorno davvero confortevole. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Séjour merveilleux à Florence, appartement très sympa et fonctionnel où nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous : bonne literie, environnement calme, de l'espace et de la place pour les affaires, etc. Idéalement situé à 15 minutes à pied du centre donc au calme. Place de garage, à l'abri et bien protégée : un must ! Enfin et surtout, nous avons été bien accueillis et Nicholle a toujours été disponible à distance dans la seconde, nous renseignant à chaque fois avec efficacité et précision. De plus, elle a été amicale et très souple quant à nos horaires de départ et d'arrivée... MERCI. Je recommande ++++

Logement fidèle à la description. Très propre, rangé, bien équipé. Facile d’accès avec un parking quelques mètres plus loin. L’hôte était très réactive et arrangeante ! Nous avions réservé ce séjour dans le cadre du Grand Prix moto du Mugello et le logement est à une distance très correcte du circuit (20aine de minutes). Dans le village, toutes commodites : petite superette, quelques restaurants, café, distributeur de liquide, poste … Le cadre est très joli et calme. En Bref, je recommande fortement ce logement et merci pour cet accueil !

We loved our stay in David’s apartment. Great spot in the middle of everything and a great place to bring a family. Having continuous hot water along a washer and dryer a plus. David was a wonderful host. Would recommend!!

Charming little cottage perfect for a small family in the hills near Florence. Had everything we needed. About 25 minutes drive through the country to central Florence so perfect for day trips in. Lovely walks in the olive groves around the cottage.

One of my favorite AirBNB experiences. Marco and Lorenzo were wonderful hosts - Lorenzo met us at the door and showed us around. We had a lovely bottle of wine and snacks as a welcome gift. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the living room quite large. The 2 bathrooms were a godsend, as I was traveling with my 18 year old niece, and she definitely enjoyed the privacy. We made good use of the washer and dryer, as we were halfway theough a 2 week trip. I loved every bit of my stay - not one thing I would change. Simply wonderful!

Chiara has a beautiful establishment and is a super host. She was welcoming, provided us with useful information, gave us clear and concise information when we required assistance. I would recommend her establishment and will definitely stay there again if ever I am in Florence again.

We loved this place. The grandmother welcomed us and she was such a nice lady! There is a lot of space for the kids to play and the view from the swimming pool with the sunsets is amazing! It’s an ideal place to visit some villages in the neighborhood during the day and to relax at the end of the day at the pool. We would love to come back a bit longer!

Filippo and Theresa were so sweet and accommodating. We had some travel delays and they went out of their way to accommodate. The house and land around it is spectacular. We were able to take lots of photos for senior pictures for our daughter and landscape photos. Overall it’s a beautiful place

À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que la piscine était partagée. Ce point aurait dû être précisé avant la réservation. Ceci dit, tout le reste était parfait. La maison est belle, spacieuse, propre. Carla a été très agréable. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour.
