Definitely a five star home!! Our family booked with Billy during our stay in California, and we couldn’t ask for a better host. Billy, has been the best host we have had! This beautiful home looked better in person, it was perfect and super welcoming! Everything we needed, the home had. We had an incident with my dog and Billy was so caring, understanding and super professional. Words can’t describe how appreciative our family is with Billy! I truly recommend Billy as your host!

My hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. They were easy to communicate with and created a peaceful environment. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing area that’s still close to the beach, bars, and restaurants, this is the perfect spot. I would gladly stay at any of their properties in the future.

My friend and I stayed at Kai & Bev's Baja Hideaway for two nights and it was the perfect, most peaceful stay. Kai was so thoughtful in reaching out to ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay go well. He even helped us plan out a perfect morning coffee route to enjoy the weather, ocean views, and delicious breakfast. The unit itself was so tidy and clean, with all the amenities we needed. We especially enjoyed being tucked away in a quiet neighborhood after our busy days adventuring around San Diego, to rest and recharge. This was a very pleasant place to stay for a weekend getaway to San Diego. Parking was safe and easy, simple electronic access to the unit, and the location offered many walking options for coffee and meals. The u it is centrally located for easy access all over town.

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Der Gastgeber war einfach grandios – seine Tipps für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten waren Gold wert und seine Hilfsbereitschaft sucht wirklich ihresgleichen. Man hat sofort gemerkt, wie viel Herzblut er in alles steckt. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, super sauber und liebevoll mit vielen charmanten Details eingerichtet. Zwar ist sie schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber genau das verleiht ihr einen ganz besonderen Charakter – die Herzlichkeit dieses Ortes macht alles wett. Die Lage ist top – ruhig, aber dennoch zentral, und es stehen sogar Fahrräder zur Verfügung, perfekt für kleine Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt – vielen lieben Dank für alles!

This condo was in a good location - near the beach and by several shops and restaurants. It was clean and well stocked!

We had an amazing stay! the bikes were my favorite perk of our stay! Less than 10 minutes to get right on the beach. The host had great recommendations and took great care in our experience with the bikes insuring we stayed safe and had a good time! Ubers were easy to get here, loved the quiet location and the parking was so convenient as well. Overall would love to stay here again next time i’m in the area!

We stayed at this Airbnb for a friend’s wedding. It was perfect for everyone in our group and affordable for all involved. The hot tub was great (pool was a little too cold to swim during the time of year we visited)! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. If we are ever back in the San Marcos/Vista area, we would definitely look into staying here again!

We had an amazing stay at Stay Swell’s place! It was the perfect spot for our family—clean, comfortable, and in a super safe area. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, where we loved watching the surfers and soaking up the sun. It was also conveniently close to downtown, making it easy to explore great restaurants and shops. The neighborhood had a laid-back, friendly vibe, and our kids had an absolute blast! We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic beach getaway.

Great location! Walkable to the beach and restaurants. Huge plus to have a parking spot too. We were able to fit our larger SUV in as long as passengers/luggage was unloaded first. All rooms have skylights so keep that in mind if you like to sleep in.

Carl and Vicki's house was amazing! There are 3 bedrooms on the main level (1 master with bath, one bedroom with jack and jill bathroom, and 1 bedroom with bunks). The kitchen/dining/great rooms were great to hang out in as a group. The lower level had its own bedroom with a bath, and the playroom had a futon to sleep on and an air mattress. It was super clean and homey. There were recommendations for things to do in a binder. The hosts were very communicative. The views are spectacular. If you are walking (as we did), note that it's on top of a steep hill, so you will get bonus exercise! This also is part of the reason for the great views. If you don't like walking, there are ubers, too! I was on a girls trip, and it was nice to have separate rooms for all. If I were traveling with my family, this house would also be ideal.

Our August stay in San Diego was truly unforgettable, thanks in large part to our fantastic Airbnb host. From the moment we booked, they were incredibly responsive and helpful. When a small issue arose early in our stay, they were quick to address it, demonstrating their commitment to guest satisfaction. The house itself was a gem, beautifully maintained and in a prime location. We loved exploring the neighborhood and being within easy reach of all the city’s attractions. We can’t thank our host enough for making our trip so enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our spring break getaway and I slept great. Easy walk to the beach and shopping. Nightly trips to the beach to catch the sunset. Garage was a but tight for our F150 but it's doable! Would love to stay again.

We stayed for two nights at this beautiful house with an amazing view. Located on a hill, we were able to relax on the balcony while enjoying the sunrise, sunset, and stunning evening skies. The indoor jacuzzi with its large windows was also excellent. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, and communication with the host was quick and smooth. There’s also a peaceful and beautiful hiking trail behind the house. We would love to stay here again.

Ian has a lovely home and was a responsive and overall wonderful host! The neighborhood is beautiful and the house is charming and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is large and beautifully done, making cooking a dream. The living room has three huge, comfy couches and a large TV, making movie nights easy and fun after a day of sightseeing. Our family of five had a great stay, we would definitely love to stay again next time we are in San Diego!

This was a great little staycation for our family. The location is amazing, easy walk to the beach and the big pool was so much fun. The property felt like a resort with the beautiful landscaping and welcoming check-in process. The host had beach chairs, a boogie board, beach umbrella and plenty of towels for our family of five to use. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance and utensils to cook meals there. My kids enjoyed the library of DVDs to watch while we were relaxing inside. I enjoyed having coffee out on the balcony watching the sunset. It was an easy half mile walk down the boardwalk to the pier. Lots of restaurants and things to do close by, which we were already familiar with since we are from San Diego County, but the host had a lot of information ready for us if needed to guide us around. The condo was so clean and well maintained. We would love to come back for another beach week in the summer.

Our family stayed here for a week and the location next to the beach was excellent. It's a stunning condo community with great views, a beautiful landscape, nicely updated unit and very comfortable beds. Would highly recommend and the host was very helpful to communicate with throughout the stay.

Had a great stay in Oceanside - the apartment is right by the beach and is walkable to the harbor, restaurants, and more of the host’s recommendations. The complex also had very nice amenities. Will definitely be back the next time I’m in town!

El departamento estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Nos sentimos como llegando en nuestra casa, además de ser muy cómodo. El condomínio es muy bueno, organizado y limpio. Tiene muchas amenidades y está en la prinera linea de la playa, perfecto para caminhar y desfrutar con la família. Una lástima que el tiempo no nos apoyo, todos los días fueron nublados y lluviosos, pero mismo así fue una optima estáncia. Muchas gracias Craig.

We really enjoyed our stay! We had a great time utilizing the pool and loved being so close to the ocean! The condo was clean and had plenty of space for our family. My husband and I loved enjoying our coffee while watching and hearing the ocean waves from the balcony. Everyone in my family wants to come back! Definitely recommend!

This condo was in a great location! It had everything we needed for our small family and we enjoyed the pool a lot… having the beach a stone throw away was lovely for us to pop down for a short time. We would for sure stay here again!
