Beautiful. The apartment is much nicer than the pictures. The room is like a luxury hotel, everything is very nice. No noise and pleasant temperature. The utensils and appliances are of a very good quality. It has everything a family needs for. It has a beautiful courtyard that allowed me to work with tranquility. The guys loved it too. Patrizia is an excellent host. Very attentive. I'll give us bikes to get around the city and its beautiful beaches. I also want a more small bike for my son . The bathroom is spotless. The kitchen is very complete, up toaster. Patrizia had a lot of patience explaining how to use each appliance and with the explanation of the differentiated collection. Patrizia went to pick us up at the flixbus stop and I also took us when we left the apartment. I think anyone staying with Patrizia is going to have excellent service. Just thanks for having a great stay.

Our stay at Casale Bavi was wonderful. The house comfortably accommodated four people, providing a pleasant and cozy environment. Lovely hosts, lovely apartment! We felt right at home from the moment we arrived, Simona was very welcoming and friendly and the cake was very tasty! The apartment was spotless and better than the pictures. The rooms are all very spacious and all had very efficient air conditioning. The beds were very comfortable, and the bedrooms were airy and bright. The kitchen is well equipped and spotlessly clean. The dogs at the house are very friendly and well behaved, we had fun playing chase the ball. The sitting area in the garden is well shaded and comfortable. The area was very quiet and rural yet only a couple of kilometres from Osimo, a nice town well worth exploring. There are lots of hilltop towns nearby and each one is delightful. The coast is only a 15 minute drive away, we used the Numana alta beach, easy to get to, 4 euro to park all day and some pleasant coves to swim in. We would recommend this apartment unreservedly and would certainly go back again, excellent value for money.

Very nice apartment. Even more than the photos. It really feels like being at Grandma's house. Clean and well-kept accommodation, close to the sea and with a fifteen-minute walk you find yourself in the center. There is everything you need for a pleasant stay. The area where the house is located is very quiet, but in a few minutes you can reach supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, newsstands, etc. Domenico is an impeccable host! Very well maintained, spacious and equipped with all comforts. Very strategic location just a few minutes' walk from the station and the sea, but in a quiet alley. Barbara is an excellent hostess, helpful and present, prompt in her responses. Highly recommend

Claudia met me at the apartment to show me around. The apartment was lovely. The space was extremely clean and comfortable. The outdoor space was best used in the daytime...as during the evening the mosquitos did come out. But Claudia did provide mosquito repellent. Parking was super convenient. The building and neighborhood were quiet. Was a short walk to the water and castle. Thank you!

Nice and clean house, few steps from beach. With beautiful sea view. Beach is public and even in the summer season - not crowded at all. Federica and others were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our family holiday very much. Thanks for everything!

I stayed with my family in the "Roma" apartment from August 13 to 23. First of all, I express a sincere appreciation for the host, Hanspeter who, in addition to the kindness with which he welcomed us, throughout our stay made available proactively to facilitate and make our stay pleasant. The building is a villa on 3 levels, with three apartments (Rome, Kiev and Berlin) beyond the one occupied by Hanspeter and his family in the attic. You access the floors with a beautiful outdoor staircase. The house, recently renovated, is well maintained, with well-kept outdoor spaces that can be used by everyone. The newly-built pool is very attractive, with attention to detail, with hydromassage and depth up to about 2 meters. Very spacious apartment, with windows and balconies on all sides. Spacious and airy rooms. Beautiful and enjoyable for breakfast and dinner the terrace overlooking the pool. Bucolica the area, among vineyards and olive trees. Beautiful !

Everything was amazing!!! Marco and Katia went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and have an amazing stay! My stay at their place will be forever in my memory!! The house is an absolute gem, excellently equipped and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The secluded location in beautiful countryside lets you relax and immediately feel at home. The many beautiful seating options in the beautifully landscaped garden and pool offer plenty of opportunities to relax. The contact person on site was incredibly nice and very helpful, check-in and check-out were completely straightforward. Janet was available at all times and responded very quickly to requests. Definitely one of the most beautiful houses I have ever rented. Unfortunately, we were only there for a week, but we'd love to come back, so that's possible.

My friends and I had the most amazing time here. We came for a weekend getaway, we had train delays and our hosts Carmine and Paola were quick to help us and drive out to a train stop and bring us all the way to the airbnb. They gave us the most amazing welcome and hospitality, extremely helpful and welcoming. The airbnb was breathtaking with the most scenic views. The airbnb was spotless when we arrived. We’ll never forget this trip due to our amazing hosts. We 100% recommend booking this airbnb!!!

Amazing secluded and detached villa consisting of two residential units. The outdoor area is particularly noteworthy; many tables\ seating with the most beautiful views of the surrounding area. We couldn't use the pool yet because it was too early in the year. Communication was easy and prompt.

The stay with Marco was very pleasant. Due to a train trip, we had problems with car rental, but he helped us without much demand and even offered to drive. He was always eager and gave us valuable tips from beaches and restaurants. What we would recommend if you choose Marco's place to rent a car, because it is difficult to reach on foot. The train station, as well as the sea are 10min from the property. Other great beaches are in 30-45min drive, which Marco recommended to us and was also highly recommended. We would come back anytime and have and felt very comfortable. Thank you again Marco for your effort and nice manner as well as helpfulness.

This was an amazing place to stay. The Villa was great: clean, comfortable and in a spectacular location with a panoramic view from the pool across the countryside to the mountains. We barbecued most evenings as the sun went down and then had breakfast most mornings under the vine pergola. We had nice trips to quiet local towns like Ripe San Genesio, with more amazing views, and a longer trip to historic Urbino. The Oasi Tigre supermarket in Tolentino was close by for food and wine and like most Italian supermarkets gave us fresh fish, vegetable, meat and a good selection of local wines - much better than many UK supermarkets. We found Le Marche to be much less busy than Tuscany but still with lovely scenery, lovely weather and lovely food.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful villa , made full use of all of the fabulous facilities. Spacious grounds with lots to do .Beautiful areas surrounding. Extremely helpful host Matteo . Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here .

Beautiful place in heart of L’Aquila - elevator accessible for luggage was a bonus and host was ready to greet us in and helped us get a taxi, local recommendations, and had delightful local snacks, drinks ready for us. Very clean and lovely house in the middle of a quite village! Who is looking for authentic Italian places, can stop searching and book the house with a very nice view! Davide was very friendly and always reachable - no matter if we had questions around the house or were looking for some recommendations (places to visit or to eat at). Simply perfect - and also with a little baby awesome.

Very nice apartment,every comfort present:air conditioning channelled in each room,balcony with automatic and motorized solar curtains, waffle coffee maker,dishwasher, comfortable bed. New decor, fast wifi, and Smart TV. The house was found clean and tidy,perfumers around the house and building. very comfortable sink on the balcony to rinse the costumes. Distance from the sea 10 min walk and close to the apartment,less than a km away,a Conad supermarket and other convenient shops. There are bicycles available to reach the center and the beach. Private parking inside the courtyard protected by the gate. Recommended for a great stay at reasonable prices
