Great experience. Friendly and clear host in communication. Apartment kept with care, very practical and pleasant to live in. Perfect place for my needs (very close to the University and a practical supermarket; the promenade is rather close). I definitely recommend it and thank you for the hospitality that made me feel good.

Lovely apartment in a quiet little village just a few minutes away from the motorway. We used it as a break between Ravenna and Naples but had we known that it was such a nice place we would have spent two nights here and explored the area. We really enjoyed our stay at Claudio's place. The landlords were extremely friendly and we felt very welcome. The accommodation has everything you need and is in a quiet environment overlooking the mountains. By car, many supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible. The parking lot is also easy to reach and right by the house.

Germano was an amazing host. Very courteous, responsive and thoughtful . The home was exactly what we were hoping and exactly as shown on the web.

Nicely situated appartment in beautiful Aquila, ideal for a visit of the city. I would recommend it for single travelers or couples. And, the hosts were very nice !

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and as described. Everything was very clean and the towels smelled really good and fresh, as did the bedding. Francesca is super friendly and always available and was also immediately helpful when there was something. We always traveled by car, you could also walk but since it goes very steeply uphill, we didn't do that in the heat. You can definitely see the sea from up there when you stand on the street, which is very nice. We felt comfortable in everything. In this sense, once again many best regards, Francesca

Gianluca is an impeccable host, from check-in to check-out, he is always present if you need him. The only difference compared to the listing is that the parking space is NOT inside the courtyard but is available (you can find it if you look well at the right times) on Via Pola. This discrepancy was immediately explained to me very kindly by Mr. Giancluca because there is NO way, on how the Airbnb site is set up, to enter the existing parking option if not choosing the internal option. Anyway, fabulous location because you are in the center, next to the station, next to both promenades (north and south of Civitanova) and the free beaches available in addition to the numerous clubs and bathrooms. Highly recommended. P.S. Must: breakfast on the balcony facing east.

It doesn't get any more Italian than that. We lived 2 days in a beautiful villa from 1850 on a hill between the worth-visiting Ascoli Piceno, a young lively city, and .. the Adriatic, St. Benedetto. We dropped some plans to have as much time as possible in the villa. Leonardo and Vincenzo are extremely kind and thoughtful hosts. And they made us feel free to move around the house and the beautiful garden. We spent wonderful hours in the salon and on the spacious terrace, where we even danced... For friends of a time travel to the 19th century... We loved it. Thank you

Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the stunning views from both the rooftop and our own bedroom windows. Mountains, vineyards etc for as far as the eye could see. Rooms beautiful and everything in perfect condition. Hosts very friendly and set us a breakfast table (delicious food) in their beautiful garden. Highly recommended

Francesca and Francesco are very pleasant and accommodating hosts who make their guests feel comfortable from the start. The room was lovely, and the architecture of the place impressed us. Your hospitality was remarkable, and the good travel tips you gave us were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious, so every day started perfectly. The fantastic view of the sea and the mountains made our stay unforgettable. We would definitely come back and highly recommend her place!

Friendly welcome and clean accommodation, generous breakfast. It's not close to the center, so if you don't have a means of transportation it's inconvenient. Otherwise, everything will be perfect.

Accommodation with contemporary design, small but functional and clean, neat finishes, self check-in. The host is friendly, proactive and concerned about the well-being of their customers. I would highly recommend
