We had a great time in this beautiful home overlooking the Marche hills. The interior spaces are large, the pool is super refreshing and spacious, the view for us who are in the city was beautiful. The large kitchen, as well as the living room. We were warm in the rooms because there is no air conditioning but only fans, but August was hot everywhere and at least we had the pool to dive in. We found the pantry full of delicacies for breakfast and also eggs, fruits and vegetables from the garden from which you can draw. We were highly recommended about restaurants. The bathrooms are 2 plus a service one, while the listing shows that it is 3.5; however, it was not a problem for us.

We stopped for 2 days and 1 night and we left with regret , because it was really a nice, cozy place, everything you need, everything new as a decor, a parking space, in short, a place that leaves a mark . Highly recommended . Better than expected .

I needed a place to stay in Spoltore village, so I didn't need to move around. The accommodation is practically in the center with all the necessary amenities within walking distance. Great for two people. A third guest will have to adapt to a sofa bed in the living room.

It was a pleasure working with them. I would definitely stay again. The area is a working class area. But close to downtown. Grocery store right across the street. You can park in that lot for free. The views from the large rooftop deck were beautiful. Especially if the snow capped mountains to the west and north. The fireplace is decorative only.

We stayed two weeks in this apartment I can only say that the level of hospitality is really rare! There's all the essentials in the house. In addition, Valter and Daniela offer you everything you need for a great breakfast and a wonderful bread from the L'Aquila. Another service I really enjoyed in addition to the beach umbrella,is the bikes, one of which has a child seat. Beautiful area! Thanks again Giulia

Stefano's apartment is modern, stylish, and tastefully designed and has a nice terrace. It is located in a central part of the town. Stefano is a good communicator, check-in and check out process was easy. Paying for our breakfast at a very nice nearby bar was a nice touch. We enjoy our stay and wish it was longer. We had a wonderful stay! You have a fantastic view of Ascoli and still only need a 5-minute walk to the Altstadt. The breakfast is very nice and Elisabetta and her employee also took care of our 10-month-old daughter very lovingly. All in all a great and very child-friendly place to stay.

At first, I was a little dazed because I didn't know what to expect. Little by little, I was able to breathe and respect all the beauty of an ancient villa with its high ceilings and frescoes on the walls. The very clean room and attention to detail made the stay very pleasant. Very detailed check-in explanations, the place is always warm. The perfect breakfast with delicious fresh eggs from the chicken coop. In short, I can only speak well and surely if I go back there this will be my accommodation again. Thank you very much

Very interesting B&B in the heart of San Benedetto. Recent structure, cared for and equipped with the main comforts to spend one or more nights. Impeccably clean and easy to access. The room is not large, but some solutions can optimize the spaces. Host very available for any request. Recommended!

Charming and quiet location, a real little slice of paradise. Tamara and Albert are super welcoming hosts. There are several pets on site, all very sociable. Breakfast is simply out of this world: all fresh ingredients (eggs collected directly from their hen house!). Super recommended!
