Vacation rentals with beach access in San Benedetto del Tronto

The house is beautiful, super tidy and minimal... a five-minute walk to the sea... quiet area with great restaurants... host always responsive and friendly... with super flexible check-in and out... we will definitely be back... super great experience

The apartment is very spacious, tidy, clean and very comfortable. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are spotless and spacious. It has everything! The location is very good, it is facing the sea, the view is beautiful. The train that crosses the city passes behind and is somewhat noisy, but tolerable. At night you can go for a walk and enjoy the restaurants that are on the beach, everything is close.

Accommodation with a sea view where it is worth spending one or more nights to relax. Great for proximity to supermarkets, tobacco shops, a pharmacy, and any other useful service. You can reach the waterfront and the beaches of Roseto very easily.

What about Mrs. Manuela and her home ...... simply BEAUTIFUL. Manuela makes you feel at home right away, very helpful, nice and takes care of you not as a guest but as a family; I really appreciate those who welcome you with a smile, who makes you feel not as a stranger but as a friend and who comes to greet you in person. The house is the image of the lady, cozy, true and sincere; it faithfully matches the offers and the photos/description she has. The full and spacious kitchen, two great rooms and a functional bathroom; everything clean and tidy and with the possibility of walking to the sea and walking. IF you want to move a great point a few kilometers from the highway and the junction to Ascoli.

We went to a wedding in a castle near by and had a wonderful stay in the condo. We loved the location and view of the sea!! Thank you all so much!!

Very nice apartment, new, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The terrace is beautiful and the sea view of Cupra Marittima is a fairy tale that you can experience at any time while staying in this house. We'll definitely be back. Words are not enough to describe how incredibly beautiful it is here! Everything is even nicer than in the photos! Raffaele & Carla are fantastic hosts and have created an absolute paradise here. Thought out to every detail and created with a lot of love and incredible care, a place you don't want to leave. The property is a dream as well as the view of mountains and sea! The apartments are equipped with everything you need! They also gave us the best tips for restaurants and excursions and were always available when we needed something. We are already planning our next vacation here next year! Thank you so much for this great holiday!

The apartment is simply gorgeous. The attention to detail and the optimization of the spaces is incredible. The location is strategic, quiet but at the same time very close to the village and beaches, reachable in a few minutes on foot. Since I had a wedding in Pescara, I decided to indulge in some relaxation among the olive trees of Silvi... The house is beautiful and clean, in a relaxing and quiet area! Brunella and Gaetano were kind and helpful hosts, they gave me tips on where to get the best brunch, the nearest beaches and the most interesting places to see in the surrounding area. The hammock overlooking the sea was my favorite part of the house!!

I am a difficult customer as I travel with 5 dachshunds that are very reactive dogs. Emilia and her son Lorenzo are exquisite people. Housing: a large studio apartment with a breathtaking window. Garden: garden dedicated to the well-fenced house. Parking: in the area facing the entrance of the house. Surrounding area: a large garden of Emilia's villa with games for children and many animals. Surroundings: the hamlet of Montepagano di Roseto, which I recommend everyone to visit. If we really want to find a note, it is the 400-meter municipal road that has not had a great maintenance but it is not the fault of Emilia who is doing everything to ensure that the Municipality of Roseto also takes care of the hamlet of Montepagano.

Very nice and new house, you can get to the sea and good restaurants very quickly. The nearby railroad tracks were still disturbing at night, but we really liked it. Beautiful kitchen and everything very clean. Aldo also helped us a lot and provided us with important information and tips😊. It was a lovely stay

Our stay at Sophia‘s place was wonderful. Is everything that we expected if not more excellent location . we were able to walk to many restaurants and the walking path in front of the apartment along, the beach was incredible.

Our family vacation experience with three small children was pleasant and positive. The house and the large garden are cared for and comfortable to stay. The house is cozy and also equipped with games and beautiful children's books. We moved by car to go to the sea and visit the surroundings, but if you want, you can also get around by bike. Elisa is very friendly and helpful, ready to solve any inconvenience. The neighbors are also friendly and it was a pleasure to chat with them.

Great place to stay with my girlfriends for our little beach trip. Within walking distance to the beach, and centre of town. Couple of supermarkets nearby, plenty of space, two bathrooms, extremely clean. Needing a little TLC as property is an old Italian style apartment, but couldn’t fault it really. Excellent! The hosts are around the corner, easy to communicate with, beautiful and quiet. Large American style fridge freezer, kitchen has everything you need. They left some breakfast for us, water in the fridge, and what strike me the most the apartment was extremely clean!!!!! Large balcony, blackout rail in shades.. You won’t be disappointed! Enjoy

We enjoyed this place very much. What's really outstanding is the amenities. Vacuum cleaner, dishes, pots, bed linens, towels, washing machine detergent, toilet paper rolls and garden furniture were provided. You really don't need to bring anything from home. The place is well maintained and the location is perfect. Right in the center and a 6-minute walk to the sea. Always happy to come back. Always available for questions from Judith. Great experience, Martina was a very kind host, always available for any request. The apartment was equipped with everything you need, very clean and well organized. The sea, beautiful, easily reached with a 6/7 minute walk. Nearby there is everything you need, supermarkets, tobacco, pharmacies, and bars. Also close to the village of Grottammare Alta, with a view of the crazy sea. Conveniently reachable by scooters, bicycles or walking, along the very long cycle-pedestrian cycle, also the beautiful San Benedetto del Tronto, with many bars and restaurants. It was really a nice stay, thanks again to Martina and the kind Ivana, who made us feel at home right away!

Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

We stayed from May 4th to May 24th. Francesca was so welcoming and kind, truly a wonderful woman. The apartment was very modern and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities anyone would require. The location was fabulous, directly across from the beach and walking distance to fabulous restaurants, shops, cafes and ice cream shops serving delicious gelatos. It was a true dream vacation. We are planning our return trip for next year. We HIGHLY recommend. Thank you again Francesca.

Our stay was simply perfect, the two of them were extraordinarily helpful and the house was so clean and tidy that we have never felt as comfortable in other places as we did here.
