What about Mrs. Manuela and her home ...... simply BEAUTIFUL. Manuela makes you feel at home right away, very helpful, nice and takes care of you not as a guest but as a family; I really appreciate those who welcome you with a smile, who makes you feel not as a stranger but as a friend and who comes to greet you in person. The house is the image of the lady, cozy, true and sincere; it faithfully matches the offers and the photos/description she has. The full and spacious kitchen, two great rooms and a functional bathroom; everything clean and tidy and with the possibility of walking to the sea and walking. IF you want to move a great point a few kilometers from the highway and the junction to Ascoli.

Tania is an exquisite person and her apartment is small, but very well organized and equipped with everything you need for a vacation. the location is on the border of the village, so it is closer to Grottamare beach than to S.Benedetto, but it is a beautiful beach and above all really reachable in 5 minutes on foot because the house is located near the railway underpass (which should not be underestimated, because the underpasses are located at a good distance from each other). Also a 5-minute walk away is a very well-stocked supermarket that also has a nice food counter if you don't want to cook. On the other hand, it is a little far from the center (about 1.8 km); the distance itself is not excessive, but the streets at night are not very busy and on the seafront you have to pass an industrial area: so we took the car. And here is the only bad note: it's not very easy to find parking under the house. But otherwise highly recommended!

Very nice apartment, super comfortable and clean, steps from the sea. It has a wonderful terrace! They are very friendly. Suggestion... they should install wifi since it doesn't have it and when you're traveling it's very necessary. But I highly recommend it!

A warm welcome from Diana, with a small cake and a glass of wine from the estate. We felt like we were at home. A peaceful retreat surrounded by vines with a beautiful scenery of the region and mountains. Wine tasting of the estate unmissable by Amerigo sharing his passion with us. Diana, Amerigo, Emanuele, Pietro opened their doors to us, showed us around their winery and helped them participate in their activities. Always available, quick to do us a favor or inquire. The sea is about 15 minutes away, beautiful places to visit nearby, Ascoli Piceno, Castel Trosino, Grottammare Borgo Antico, Riserva Naturale Sentina, Civitella Del Tronto with its narrowest street in Italy. We had a pleasant stay, in a beautiful and quiet setting. At the end of our stay, we left with a pinch in the heart. We will not forget the kindness and hospitality of our hosts, not to mention Charly, an adorable little dog.

We felt right at home at Giardini degli Ulive. Anna was very welcoming and helpful with her suggestions. She is a responsive host that enters into relation with discreteness and it was a pleasure getting to know her and her family. The house is very sunny, bright, clean and its location ideal. Raffaella is a friendly person, present and active but never intrusive. If you have any questions, you can count on her. He left us twice the sweets made by his mother and once the melon, already cleaned and cut behind the door, letting us know that we would find it there. The property information and amenities described are real. To get to the sea you have to walk 15/20 Min, at times in reading climbs, but you know this already before you book. The experience was really positive and in line with the directions you had!!

Perfect stay! The house is modern, clean, tidy and equipped with everything you need for a long stay. Giuseppina was extremely helpful, welcoming us without problems despite our delay. Always ready to respond and give us useful advice; friendly, attentive and very kind. We are really satisfied and will be back. Very convenient parking under the house and the bar downstairs for breakfast. I recommend it to everyone!

A gem of an apartment!!! Just renovated with great care and with a studio of the spaces!! It is a small place ideal for 2 people but comfortable, there is everything!!! First of all, a super equipped kitchen (beautiful pots) with induction, microwave, oven, toaster, etc. and a counter where to eat. From the window you can see the sea, beautiful!!! Adjacent is the bedroom with a spacious closet (All. Inside a mini dryer), a smart TV and everything you need (sheets, towels, pegs, cleaning utensils...) The bathroom offers a super comfortable, clean, large shower!!! Oh, I forgot air conditioning and wifi!! In short, we are really satisfied!!! The only thing that had escaped us was the location: it is in front of the beaches so in the evening there is availability of many restaurants on the beach but to get to Grottammare or San benedetto on foot it takes at least 20/25 minutes!! I have to say that it was not a problem because there were several scooters!!!! Thank you!

I would call this the best vacation of our lives. The property is a dream, pure relaxation, ventilated area, infinity pool, lawns and nature are the backdrop, poolside relaxation area with sofas where you can admire the sunset perhaps while drinking a glass of wine, clean house equipped with all the comforts and you can only think about relaxing, hosts always available, you can tell that they love what they do. Failed to find a defect. The most important thing for us was the effect on our dog, she immediately felt at ease, she didn't want to leave anymore and this is the key point for us. We look forward to seeing you again.

We had a great time at Villa Mei. The residence is brand new in a quiet and peaceful environment. Our apparently was perfectly equipped, clean and functional. The common areas are also nice, we really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of outdoor space to play with the kids or settle in quiet. Masha was there to welcome us when we arrived, she is a very friendly person and also very responsive if you have any requests. The residence is a 10-minute drive from the closest beaches.

My friends and I stayed at La Chiocciola Resort for a relaxing weekend and we were really impressed. The hosts were very kind and always available. The environment is well cared for in every detail, both outside and inside. The heated hot tub is a fantastic plus, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was also super equipped. A stay that I recommend to those looking for tranquility and comfort. If I ever need to relax in the future, this place will definitely come to mind!

What a gem! It's much much better than the pictures show it. the hosts are super friendly, the location is beautiful (but you do need a car obviously to get to places), private jacuzzi and great wi-fi!

I highly recommend this place! The house was spacious and a breathtaking view opened from the windows that left speechless. It is located in the heart of Fermo, near Piazza del Popolo, and just like a small museum it perfectly preserves the style of the eighteenth century. Chiara and her husband were very kind and helpful. The apartment is on the second floor and Chiara's husband helped me bring my luggage both on arrival and departure. Chiara prepared a breakfast cake for me-it was delicious! I felt all the warmth and care with which it was done. It was a real pleasure staying in such a fascinating place.

My family and I traveled from Knoxville, TN to Sant'Omero to visit relatives! We were absolutely blown away by this Air B&B. Not only was the home extremely clean with amenities including full bathrooms, kitchen, pool, but also the views were incredible. We were greeted at the front door and given a tour of the home. The host was responsive, polite, professional, and friendly. She went above and beyond as a host. We had a wonderful time and will remember this trip forever! I hope to visit again and stay here!! This was easily our most enjoyable experience with Air B&B.
