Vacation rentals with a patio in San Benedetto del Tronto

We had a great time at Villa Mei. The residence is brand new in a quiet and peaceful environment. Our apparently was perfectly equipped, clean and functional. The common areas are also nice, we really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of outdoor space to play with the kids or settle in quiet. Masha was there to welcome us when we arrived, she is a very friendly person and also very responsive if you have any requests. The residence is a 10-minute drive from the closest beaches.

Giordano was a super nice host! He was always available for questions. The property offers all the necessary amenities for a stay and is well located.

We liked everything. The apartment is pretty big and looks even better in person than in the photos. It was comfortable for a weeklong stay.

This was a week over Christmas holiday, spent visiting friends in Ascoli. The apartment was very spacious and the location near the old town centre was very useful. Only five minutes walk.

Impeccable stay from every point of view, in a studio equipped to the right degree, located in a quiet and sheltered area of Civitanova, close to the supermarket and city center, but extremely quiet and peaceful. Clean house and full of everything you need, and host Giorgio is very kind and super welcoming. We will definitely come back to stay here for the next vacation!

The apartment was perfectly organized and clean, simple and tasteful furnishings that adapt well to the house. There was a barbecue that unfortunately we could not use but we appreciated that it was there, the garden is very nice and well cared for. Very comfortable bed and pillows, the residence is private and quiet. The house is close to the sea that can be reached on foot, as well as some beachfront restaurants. Elisa is always kind and her mom is available for any need. A crib was not available to add, so we had to bring one from home.

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

We spent seven weeks in Franco's loft house. Everything was perfect! The place is extremely quiet and the views are breathtaking. Franco is a discreet but extremely available and responsive host. Communication was excellent before our arrival and throughout the stay. Montesilvano Colle is a very pretty village and it is the starting point for many walks, each more wonderful than the last. One thing is certain: if we can return to this accommodation, we won't hesitate for a second!

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Antonio and Simona are fantastic hosts! Thoughtful and attentive, they made us feel at home. Upon our arrival we found fresh drinks in the fridge, a really nice house, complete with every comfort and large and very clean spaces. Very comfortable beds, choice of pillows between different types, detergents for personal and home hygiene. The terrace that runs around the property is beautiful and guarantees a cool house even without using the air conditioner, which is still present and working in the accommodation. The convenience of the parking space on the waterfront and the beach equipment that the hosts make available are a further welcome plus. An honorable mention goes to the helpfulness, kindness, and hospitality of Antonio, Simona and their beautiful daughters: we spent two weeks in their home and were treated as old friends, not as guests. We'll always carry them in our hearts. We really recommend their home. We'll be back for sure.

We stayed with Pierino for a week. The apartment is small but has all the comforts. Mr. Rino, who welcomed us, is an exceptional person. Our two dogs also traveled with us, who were kindly welcomed by the owners. Very convenient ample private parking a few steps from the house. We will definitely be back!

My stay at Marco's was fantastic. The apartment is modern and really close to the sea. There were no problems finding it. From the balcony you can see the main square where there were often events. Apart from that, Marco is a very helpful person and gives a lot of tips about Pescara which allowed me to organize my stay well.

The hosts were able to welcome us spontaneously when we had to change the apartment. They were very helpful and support us with lots of tips for things to do. The house is really beautiful, about 10 min from Chieti alto and 15 min from Francavilla. This is how you have mountains and beach. A good mix. We felt very comfortable.

We had a good time in the accommodation with a nice bathroom and large balcony, plus in a very quiet area a few steps from the sea. Gabriella explained how to get around to visit other villages in the area. We would definitely come back.
