Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in San Andrés

Diego’s place is a great cozy place to spend an incredible time on the island. It has all of the necessary utensils and air conditioning to fend against the heat. Diego was a great host, always recommending places to go to and he set up most of the trips we attended. Just a heads up, the house is next to the airport runway so it can be a bit noisy at times. Other than that, it’s a great place to spend an incredible time getting familiar with the island. I definitely recommend this place and I plan on returning in the future.

Pros: House is beautiful, spacious, immaculate, great location, amazing outdoor space, super clean pool, nice TVs in every room, fast internet, bottled water machine, great A\C in every bedroom. Owner is very nice as well. (Which is what pains me about the next section, but I leave fair yet honest reviews) Cons: The mattresses were the hardest I’ve ever slept on. My whole family woke up every day with sore hips and shoulders. The maid, while being very nice, showed up at 7am, let herself in and started cooking, cleaning, and waking us up. We like to sleep in on vacation. I let the the owner know and it didn’t happen again. Until the day we left at least. We really like our privacy, and there was a lack of it every morning. The maid would hang out right outside the back door in the backyard until about 10am/11am, which compromised our daily morning conversations over coffee. Like having a babysitter. If she changed the mattresses, and the maids schedule, I would stay there again.

Una casa grande, hermosa, cómoda. ubicada en un sector muy de fácil acceso, tranquilo y cerca al centro de la isla. Muy acogedoras las habitaciones y con todas las comodidades que necesitan para tener una maravillosa estadía. Nalu, la mascota de la casa es muy especial, noble, cariñoso, hace que la estadio sea aún mejor, y doña Narcisa la señora que nos ayudó con la limpieza y en la cocina demasiado atenta y espectacular todo lo que hace. Hay muchos zancudos en la casa por la ubicación y sus alrededores de vegetación, recomendación de llevar repelente. Muy recomendada la casa y su estadía en ella, volvería siempre.

I had an amazing stay at Juan’s place in San Andrés! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to great local spots. The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Juan was an exceptional host—very friendly, responsive, and gave us great tips on what to do and where to eat. I truly felt at home and would definitely book again next time I’m on the island. Highly recommend!

beautiful home. the host was very responsive and the house was clean and in a good safe neighborhood. henry, the neighbor who lives accroas the street, picked us up from the airport and gave us the keys for check in. Nuestra estadia fue excelente, realmente nos sentimos como en casa, y siempre teniamos el recibimiento de sus dos anfitriones el señor Oscar y su pequeña asistente Lupe (perrita) Para los amantes de las mascotas, definitivamente es un lugar donde no sentiras la falta de amor de parte de ella. El señor Oscar te hace sentir como un familiar, lo recomiendo mucho, quizas para algunos paresca un poco lejos por la caminata, pero despues te alegrara el corazon cuando llegas y sus anfitriones te esperan.

Casa Maha si trova a soli cinque minuti in motorino dall’aeroporto ed è in una zona molto tranquilla. In più, il centro e tutto il resto dell’isola sono facili da raggiungere. La casa è ordinata, pulita, un bel tavolo all’esterno e con tutti i comfort possibili. Non c’è l’acqua calda, ma fare una doccia fresca dopo una giornata al mare è stato bellissimo. Cucina perfetta e con tutto il materiale per cucinare. Hania è stata molto reattiva nelle risposte è chiarissima per quanto riguarda il check in. Ci ha consigliato anche da chi noleggiare il motorino e alcuni ristoranti in zona. Lo consiglio!

We had a great stay at Maleja’s and recommend it 100%! The building is in the best location: close to restaurants, bars, markets, drug stores, 5 mins walking distance from the most beautiful beach. Checking in was a delight, it was very fast and the building’s staff was friendly, helpful and always with a smile in their face. The view from the main room is stunning! You can see all the colors of the ocean from it and also from the balcony. There is a bit of noise from the street and people passing by at night but it is ok, a pair of earplugs will help you with it. The place is suitable for families. My daughter specifically requested to book this place because of the bunk bed and she loved it. The apartment was sparkly clean when we arrived and the linen and towels smelled clean. Lida cleaned the place the 3rd day and changed towels and was extremely helpful and warm. Lastly, we all enjoyed the beautiful pools. It is great that there is a pool only for kids.

Sebastian has an amazing Airbnb! It is a bit away from the city so you’ll need to use Taxi’s to get to the downtown area, but the taxis are cheap and there are lots of hidden gems within walking distance of the Airbnb. It was extremely clean and when the cleaning crew showed up during our stay they did an amazing job! Sebastian was very responsive, gave us lots of great recommendations and helped us solve every issue we encountered. He really went above and beyond for us; he helped us get food delivered and even helped us get restaurant reservations! I couldn’t recommend this Airbnb more! The view from the balcony is great and the bedrooms both have amazing air conditioners! I’d happily stay here again!

Todo bien con el lugar. Si bien no está tan cerca caminando del centro como uno pensaría, si arriendas mulita o moto estás a pocos minutos. De igual forma el hecho de que tenga cocina te permite ahorrar bastante. En cuanto a limpieza y atención todo excelente, la dueña súper amigable y dispuesta a resolver preguntas. El lugar es seguro ya que tiene una reja exterior y en general siempre hay gente en el patio. De las mejores opciones si buscas algo más independiente y no un hotel.

Apartamento com localização maravilhosa, no centro, próximo da Muelle de la Polícia, com uma vista privilegiada! Apartamento novo e completo! Tivemos um problema na viagem com roubo da nossa mochila e a chave do apartamento estava dentro, Cecília foi muito solicita com a situação! Agradecemos muito! Recomendamos!

Acomodação perfeita! Palmerston foi muito agradável e amável em nossas conversas, nos ajudou com dúvidas e sugestões locais. A acomodação estava em ótimo estado, limpa, com boas roupas de cama e toalhas e tinha o necessário para cozinhar refeições rápidas. O ar condicionado é muito bom para o clima quente da ilha. A localização é excelente, perto do píer em que os passeios geralmente saem e também de um mercado. Somos muito gratos pela receptividade com que nos receberam 🙏

Mercedes fue una gran anfitriona, siempre comunicativa y dispuesta a brindarnos consejos para aprovechar al máximo nuestros días en la isla. Incluyo un servicio de limpieza extra en nuestra estadía. El departamento cuenta con instalaciones muy confortables. Altamente recomendable.

We loved our stay! The location was convenient - walking distance from the airport and two blocks away from the beach. The host always replied quickly before and during our stay. Highly recommend the apartment.

Muy buen alojamiento, lo recomiendo ampliamente, buena ubicación, agradable edificio, personal muy cordial tanto quienes apoyan a Patricia como las personas de recepción, el apto tiene lo necesario, un plus las toallas para playa👌y también al lado del ingreso al edificio está una oficina que ofrece tours, el sr Luis fue correcto y cumplido con lo ofrecido

Excelente apartamento, la pasamos bien con mi esposa e hijos. Es un lugar bonito para pasarla en familia y/o amigos. Francia respondía siempre a los mensajes, inclusive nos asesoró con un contacto para realizar actividades de turismo, aunque este recomendado no respondió como lo esperaba.

Anfitrión muy atento, alojamiento cómodo, bien ubicado y limpio.
