Guesthouse vacation rentals in San Andrés

It is a place close to the beach, the airport and downtown (all within 10 minutes) very quiet to rest. Highlight the independence to enter and exit and the privacy of our room, which was in a separate area of the house. Very safe (we had a pajama and they let us know!). Daily cleaning is done. Very important was the communication with Kelly who was always willing to help and provide us with the best service. The air conditioning in the room works impeccably, the shower does not have hot water, something normal on the island. There is a supermarket about 1 block away. It is important to mention that we assume we could use the kitchen at all times during the stay, but it usually closes during the night, I recommend that you let the host or Kelly know that you are going to use it to leave the door open, and another detail is that in the house there are cats, you see them or it will be any kind of nuisance, but the smell in the kitchen is quite felt.

Great place to stay on San Andres. We loved the location in San Luis, walking distance to stores and several beaches. Juanita and Marco, our hosts on site, where the absolute best, so warm & welcoming. We arrived late at night and Juanita stayed up to let us in. She even gave us bananas as a snack, since we didn't have dinner and it was too late to find a store or restaurant. When arriving late at night at a new place, I am always apprehensive about finding my way in the dark, but Jemark, who I communicated with prior to our arrival, arranged a driver for us (Jonathan who was great!), which gave me peace of mind. The apartment itself is the bedroom with 3 beds and a bathroom upstairs and an outdoor kitchen and lovely hammock/chill area downstairs. Everything was bright, clean & beachy, just what you want for your island getaway. Juanita and Marco were always available for recommendations and anything we needed, even a last minute bike rental. Can't recommend staying here highly enough!

Nery is a great host, very committed to preserving the customs of the island and invites those who stay in her place to get to know them and be part of them. The house is very nice and comfortable. It is a little far from the center, you can reach the beaches and the center by walking or taking the bus that passes through the corner. Also a few blocks away is another bus stop that takes you to the southern part of the island. We recommend this place and would stay there again.

Esther and Gingell were very helpful and attentive. At the accommodation, Esther always asked if everything was okay. The location corresponds to the description. We have nothing to complain about. The shower is good for bathing even without hot water. To the busiest part of the waterfront, we walked about 20 minutes and it always seemed safe.

Great guests that know how to do business. A place in the good tradition of the Colombian hospitality and very different from the frustrated behavior of the locals to the tourists visiting San Andres. The fact that the host is not from the island makes big difference! The administrator of the place is very responsive and responsive. The cleaning lady is very nice and cute, though she was trying 3 times to negotiate not to clean my room because she had been very busy, but she never refuses when you insist. :)

Great place! 2 blocks from airport, safe to walk around close restaurants and the beach. Host was always available to answer my questions and willing to assist !!

Juan Antonio welcomed us very warmly. It was late when we arrived and we didn't have any food. He took us in his car to buy something and saved our night. He was very attentive and helpful. The place is very well equipped with everything you need for a great stay, comfortable and with a very nice terrace, it is close to the beach and the downtown area of San Andrés. Would definitely go back !

The stay was very good, both briggette and malcom were 100% attentive to the cell phone and our concerns. They rented us a motorcycle like tmb the tours. The A/C in the room worked perfect and the bathroom was in good condition. the location is about 12 minutes walk from the beach (it is 0 serious) but it is good to know because it is not with all the hotels that face the beach or 1 block, it is located 2 3 blocks from the streets where all the shops are. The 2 blocks surrounding the hostel are not moving at night, but the area and San Andres in general is quiet. I recommend the hostel and it is according to the price vs the other options that tmb saw by ACA!
