Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in San Andres and Providencia

Pros: House is beautiful, spacious, immaculate, great location, amazing outdoor space, super clean pool, nice TVs in every room, fast internet, bottled water machine, great A\C in every bedroom. Owner is very nice as well. (Which is what pains me about the next section, but I leave fair yet honest reviews) Cons: The mattresses were the hardest I’ve ever slept on. My whole family woke up every day with sore hips and shoulders. The maid, while being very nice, showed up at 7am, let herself in and started cooking, cleaning, and waking us up. We like to sleep in on vacation. I let the the owner know and it didn’t happen again. Until the day we left at least. We really like our privacy, and there was a lack of it every morning. The maid would hang out right outside the back door in the backyard until about 10am/11am, which compromised our daily morning conversations over coffee. Like having a babysitter. If she changed the mattresses, and the maids schedule, I would stay there again.

A large, beautiful, comfortable house. Located in a very easy to access area, quiet and close to the center of the island. Very cozy rooms and with all the amenities you need to have a wonderful stay. Nalu, the house pet is very special, noble, affectionate, makes the stay even better, and Mrs. Narcisa, the lady who helped us with the cleaning and in the kitchen, was very attentive and everything she does was spectacular. There are many mosquitoes in the house due to the location and its surroundings of vegetation, I recommend bringing repellent. The house and your stay in it are highly recommended, I would always come back.

I had an amazing stay at Juan’s place in San Andrés! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to great local spots. The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Juan was an exceptional host—very friendly, responsive, and gave us great tips on what to do and where to eat. I truly felt at home and would definitely book again next time I’m on the island. Highly recommend!

beautiful home. the host was very responsive and the house was clean and in a good safe neighborhood. henry, the neighbor who lives accroas the street, picked us up from the airport and gave us the keys for check in. Our stay was excellent, we really felt at home, and we always had the welcome of her two hosts Mr. Oscar and her little assistant Lupe (dog) For pet lovers, it is definitely a place where you will not feel the lack of love on part of her. Mr. Oscar makes you feel like a family member, I highly recommend it, maybe for some parents a little away on the hike, but then your heart will be happy when you arrive and their hosts are waiting for you.

Casa Maha is just a five-minute scooter ride from the airport and is in a very quiet area. In addition, the center and the rest of the island are easy to reach. The house is tidy, clean, a nice table outside and with all possible amenities. There is no hot water, but taking a cool shower after a day at the beach was beautiful. Perfect kitchen with all the material for cooking. Hania was very responsive in her answers and very clear about check-in. He also advised us on who to rent the scooter from and some restaurants in the area. I recommend it!

We had a lovely stay. Ann Marie was an incredible host. She made us feel very welcome and gave us recommendations on and contacts for things to do - from scooter rentals to kayaking in the mangroves. She also made us some delicious vegetarian meals as that part of the island has limited options for vegetarians. The location is amazing - away from the busy north end but an easy taxi ride or bus ride. It is right beside the ocean and hanging out in the hammocks at sunrise was amazing! She also served us our meals at a table directly facing the ocean. So beautiful! There is a swimming beach a 5 minute walk away. We had a great stay at Maleja’s and recommend it 100%! The building is in the best location: close to restaurants, bars, markets, drug stores, 5 mins walking distance from the most beautiful beach. Checking in was a delight, it was very fast and the building’s staff was friendly, helpful and always with a smile in their face. The view from the main room is stunning! You can see all the colors of the ocean from it and also from the balcony. There is a bit of noise from the street and people passing by at night but it is ok, a pair of earplugs will help you with it. The place is suitable for families. My daughter specifically requested to book this place because of the bunk bed and she loved it. The apartment was sparkly clean when we arrived and the linen and towels smelled clean. Lida cleaned the place the 3rd day and changed towels and was extremely helpful and warm. Lastly, we all enjoyed the beautiful pools. It is great that there is a pool only for kids.

Everything okay with the place. Although it is not as close to downtown as you might think, if you rent a moped or motorcycle you are just minutes away. Likewise, the fact that it has a kitchen allows you to save a lot. In terms of cleanliness and service, everything was excellent, the owner was super friendly and willing to answer questions. The place is safe as it has an outer fence and in general there are always people in the courtyard. One of the best options if you're looking for something more independent and not a hotel.

Excellent location, right in the center and close to the main ports for activities. The apartment is as shown in the photos. We were a group of 9 people, we felt that the rooms are a bit small for that amount but still the stay was wonderful, I would return without hesitation. Darío is a very good host and was at our service whenever we needed him.

Apartment with wonderful location, in the center, near the Muelle de la Polícia, with a privileged view! New and complete apartment! We had a problem on the trip with theft of our backpack and the apartment key was inside, Cecilia was very helpful with the situation! Thank you very much! We recommend it!

Perfect accommodation! Palmerston was very pleasant and kind in our conversations, helped us with local questions and suggestions. The accommodation was in great condition, clean, with good linens and towels and had everything necessary to cook quick meals. The air-conditioning is very good for the island's hot climate. The location is excellent, close to the pier where the tours usually leave from and also close to a market. We are very grateful for the receptivity with which they received us 🙏

Mercedes was a great host, always communicative and willing to give us tips to make the most of our days on the island. I include an extra cleaning service in our stay. The apartment has very comfortable facilities. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay! The location was convenient - walking distance from the airport and two blocks away from the beach. The host always replied quickly before and during our stay. Highly recommend the apartment.

If you go to San Andrés you have to stay in this place. Its location is perfect, you find the best places to eat, enjoy, shop and embark on tours 1 or 2 blocks away; we only took a taxi from the airport to the apartment and vice versa. The place is clean and has all the necessary amenities. The bathrooms are impeccable and well-stocked. If you're looking to save on food, the apartment has an equipped kitchen so you can use it without a problem and really save a lot. The receptionists at the Sea View building are very friendly and helpful, they recommended who to go with for the tours and mules at a very good price. The apartment's pool is small but still very practical and clean. Mrs. Patricia provides guests with blankets, bath towels, and beach or pool towels. I recommend this place without a doubt
