The place is very close to the beach, the apartment is comfortable and has everything necessary for the stay, they helped us with the coordination of all the activities, the cars for the return to the island, the taxi service, the tour to the aquarium which made our trip easier.

Located very close to one of the best beaches in San Andrés, adjacent to the Rocky Cay sector, the location of the Kent property is ideal for a very good time of rest, away from the tourist area and with the possibility of finding supplies with ease, a very good beach and appropriate facilities to accommodate guests with comfort. Kent always met our requirements timely, being able to stay on the island for 13 days, where he was always very attentive to what we could require. In addition, the sector has a nearby market that has a very good supply of supplies at comfortable prices. Understanding that this is a home for a local, you can see their efforts to keep the amenities offered in the best possible way. And Dilia, person in charge of the camaraderie and adaptation of the space, did an excellent job, shown a lot of kindness and sympathy, and offering us in the best way their support and service.

Location near the airport , easy communication with the host , always responded to what we asked . They went to pick us up at the airport at no cost .

The place is super close to the beach, it's just across the street. It was shared with the inhabitants, you can make a bonfire on the beach, all the people are friendly, on the corner you have a store nearby and food to enjoy.

Perfect location for us where it's possible to find a quiet spot on the beach a short distance away and close to the vegan restaurant New Start (lunch only). The apartment was as described in the listing. It was comfortable, especially the beds and with AC in all the rooms. Vinburn looked after us well, what a lovely man he is, we would definitely return. Shop across the road for essentials though Vinburn arranged for the taxi to stop on the way so we could get shopping from the bigger shop. Having the big reusable container for water that he provided was most welcome as we had been concerned about potential plastic waste.

Catalinas place is great if you want to have peace and rest, wonderful terrace. Walking distance to the best beach of Providencia. Well recommended!

Excellant Location, across the street from the beach, Restaurant steps away, small beach bar with chairs and tables on the beach, open Wed-Sun Olga, on site, took excellent care of us, a wonderful lady, kept everything clean and supplied, she was an exceptional friend, I hope to see her again Equipped Kitchen, Very Peaceful, A short taxi ride to all attractions, to the centre where all the tourists are, but away from it in your own space Helga made the apartment available to us early, we arrived in the morning and did not have to wait, For that I am greatly appreciative I look forward to visiting again and staying here

Everything okay with the place. Although it is not as close to downtown as you might think, if you rent a moped or motorcycle you are just minutes away. Likewise, the fact that it has a kitchen allows you to save a lot. In terms of cleanliness and service, everything was excellent, the owner was super friendly and willing to answer questions. The place is safe as it has an outer fence and in general there are always people in the courtyard. One of the best options if you're looking for something more independent and not a hotel.

Ricardo's rented space is new, with all amenities for a quiet and comfortable stay. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, both with comfortable mattresses and superior bedding. A good air-conditioning, curtains and screens on the windows complete the environment. Large bathroom with a large box and a good shower. The living room integrated with the kitchen has a double sofa bed. All utensils for making some meals at home are available. Ricardo offers a 20 litre drinking water bottle that can be purchased for a fair price. The location is excellent, in the tourist part of the island, very close to restaurants, market and exit for motorboat tours. The property is a beautiful place, where you will feel at home. The "cake cherry" are the charming Caramel (Dog) and his companion Cat. In short: Place to rest and be happy!

Stephanie, it was great, at all times the Communication and support worked. And despite the challenges of the island, she was always attentive to help us. The apartment is great and small, but has everything you need. It is an advantage that below there is a quite stocked shop when you need something. The distance to the city center by taxi is no more than 6 minutes the same to the Aeropuerto. She is always attentive to everything.

Incredible experience in the most central part of the island with everything close, I had the airport 5 minutes away and all the beaches and places of interest very close, Wendy was always too friendly and received me from before check-in time since my flight was super early, all the time she was attentive to everything I needed and made me clean in the room daily, it was the best experience and if they go to San Andrés they should stay if or if with Wendy.

Killdren was the best! So friendly, accomodating and helpful. The apartment has a fabulous pool and area to hang out in, beautiful flowers and plants everywhere. Wonderful stay

Ingrid was always responsive and provided us with great restaurant and activity recommendations. Her place was clean and private and was perfectly located by the beach and close to great restaurants.

Mercedes was a great host, always communicative and willing to give us tips to make the most of our days on the island. I include an extra cleaning service in our stay. The apartment has very comfortable facilities. Highly recommended.

The apartment is spectacular, close to everything downtown, restaurants, docks and supermarkets. Super clean and the host was always attentive to everything.
