In the countryside and close to the sea, you will share with Les Mirettes: 1 outdoor swimming pool heated from mid-June to mid-September (dates according to weather), games room with billiards and board games, library veranda, ping-pong table, hammocks, adult and child bicycles + baby seat, vegetable garden, animals (sheep, chickens, cows and cats)

This small cottage in Vendée combines nature and tranquility. it has been recently renovated on a 3500 m² plot that is completely closed and secure. It is decorated with a private enclosed garden, with its barbecue area. It is located 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Vendée: Saint-Jean-de-Monts, Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie or Noirmoutier, 45 minutes from Les Sables-d'Olonne and 85 km from Le Puy du Fou. We are 2.5 km from the village with all its shops and restaurants.

The 22 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a fan. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This chalet features a private outdoor area with a terrace and barbecue.
