The place is very nice, the different areas, pool, garden, spa, games room… allow you to enjoy the place to the fullest. The studio was well-equipped and spacious. We recommend it!

We had a great family Christmas in this beautiful, newly renovated and very well-equipped house. The accommodation is as described. The spaces allow you to enjoy time and activities all together (we were 13 people, from 17 to 82 years old), while being able to get quiet at other times. Marc was available and responsive. We recommend it!

5 star review for 5 star super-host and perfect place. Christophe is a great host. Giving us great tips (we went Biking at Isle d’Yeu, catamaran sailing at noirmoutier,…) and always on the look-out to help / have a friendly chat. The place has a very charming swimming pool surrounded by flowers and herbs which can be used to cook on the BBQ. In short everything is there to have a wonderfull stay. We didn’t spend much time indoors but it’s very well renovated and Christophe keeps it in excellent conditions

Very nice stay, very welcoming and accommodating host. Despite the rainy weather we had a lovely stay. Close to all amenities, shopping mall, restaurant, beach etc… very clean and well arranged accommodation, a beautiful terrace with barbecue. Thanks to Valerie .

We spent 2 weeks at Josette's house this summer. Pool at 31, very quiet area. It feels good in Josette's house! We could come back without any hassle! Thanks for the stay!!

Perfect, clean, functional accommodation. Just be careful for the elderly, you can't park next to the accommodation and the stairs are dangerous.

We were able to have a nice and good time at this place with the family! Access to bikes on an island that can be easily visited was a plus. The place is new, clean, and well designed. We recommend especially with an toddler

Small house perfect for 2 and very well-equipped. A small terrace without any overlooking and very quiet. A beautiful place to recharge. Despite gloomy weather, we had a nice weekend and Cedric was very nice to let us have the house well beyond the scheduled time.

Very well equipped house, I had my two children (4 years old and my 10-month-old baby) all the equipment for children was available even games for children my son was delighted. The description is as advertised by Sophie. Cleanliness was de rigueur, nothing to say. Really nice house you can go for a second thought. Easy communication, Sophie is accommodating.

It's been 2 times that we have rented from Maud and Seb and we will come back for our annual weekend with our girlfriends. we found our drop-off point. thank you to seb and maud for their kindness (as well as to Charlie who offers excellent breakfasts!!)

very clean accommodation in quiet cul-de-sac. it's new. rather functional. child room indeed narrow and at the entrance of the one in double bed. Lucille very friendly and available.

There's nothing missing from the lodges! The rooms are spacious and nice, the beds are made, the bathrooms clean, the living rooms kitchen stays perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated! Cassandra was adorable to us even though we did not finally meet quick and accommodating 😅 responses 😉 We will definitely stay here again! Good place! Thanks again! Clothilde and her girlfriends
