A place of peace and quiet. The house is excellent for spending a few days away from everything and enjoying nature, very close to Potes where you can find everything. Very grateful for Felix who helped us with questions about the house and told us what to visit in the area. We would definitely do it again.

We had a great stay. The house is beautifully finished and a great space to relax. It was very clean, had a well equipped kitchen and a really comfy bed. We enjoyed exploring the immediate area, and there are lots of hiking trails and beaches within a short drive. We would happily have stayed longer than 4 nights!

We loved Teresa's house. The location was fantastic. It was right in the heart of the old town & right by a bar / restaurant. (Despite this it was peaceful & quiet). The kitchen was well equipped and we loved the cookies. Useful local recommendations were appreciated. The bedrooms were beautifully appointed with lovely views. Fresh roses were another lovely touch. We absolutely loved Potes and staying in this beautiful casa made our stay very memorable.

We have been very comfortable in the house, it is located in a very beautiful place surrounded by nature and animals. The house is just as seen in the photos, everything is very clean and tidy, there is nothing missing to spend a few days on vacation. Our girls have enjoyed the small garden and the terrace. We have taken several walks in the surroundings and close to the river, everything is very nice. We would definitely repeat.

The place, for a family with two children is fabulous. The views are incredible, and the urbanization is quiet and charming. From the terrace you can see the University of Comillas or Oyambre beach. You are next to the sequoias park and the A8 so you can move to other areas. The place is decorated simple, very comfortable and pleasant. Very well equipped. It's a place to repeat! In one word; tranquility. Very quiet area, if you like silence, this is your place, nature, peace... The house had everything you need, even some nice touches. Lots of light, everything was clean and tidy, the ideal garden. The balcony area is beautiful and the views are nice. The arrival and access were very easy, I would be happy to repeat the same stay.

We had a great time at the house. It has everything you need. The location in a very nice quiet village next to Cabezón de la Sal and a few minutes' drive from the beach. Rocío is very nice, she gave us directions for things to do nearby and recommendations for places to eat. We'll definitely be back!

Paloma's apartment is in a very good location, as you have the tourist sites very close. He provided us with self check-in, which is appreciated after a long trip. To our surprise, he left us a welcome gift. The apartment smelled very good and was super clean. It's 100% equipped, even games and things for kids! Paloma is a great person, who cared at all times that everything was to our liking.

We had a nice stay in Colombres. It's a small town with everything you need to make day trips to the beaches or the mountains (small supermarkets and some restaurants/bars).

Fantastic stay. Wonderful views, great beaches, ideal for resting, hiking, and a good starting point to visit other beautiful villages in Cantabria. And very easy and fast communication with the host. Thank you so much for everything, we will definitely come back!!

Dani has taken great care of us. The house was clean and very well located to visit Comillas, San Vicente de la Barquera, etc. Very easy to get to and park. 100% recommended for families!

We stayed as a family of 4 for a couple of nights to see the area. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, it has all the basics and was great. It was very well cared for and clean. As a base for seeing this ideal part of Cantabria. Very easy communication at all times. I would definitely recommend it!

A great apartment right in the old quarter of the old town. Easy walk to everything, parking & easy checkin. Would highly recommend.

Llanes is a lovely town with 3 beautiful beaches lovely restaurants and great walks. This was perfectly placed for exploring the town and beyond. We had a great time.

We've been at Carlos's for a few days. Everything was great from minute one. The house is just like the photos, even if it's more beautiful. Very nice, clean and well-equipped apartment. Perfect for two people, the bathroom is somewhat small. Very equipped and modern kitchen. Everything was very clean. Laura was always attentive and decisive. Next to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Keep in mind that it is on the second floor without an elevator, not recommended for people with reduced mobility. The indoor parking is fine, but since there are no designated spaces during busy times such as summer or long weekends, you run out of space, and it is almost impossible to park outside. We went on a long weekend and it was already full, so in summer it can be crazy. I'd go back, but not in summer

An ideal stay, we were there for work, and the truth is that there are few places like this. Encarni was very friendly and helpful at all times, all the services were a 10, the TV, kitchen, bathroom, rooms, heating, close to downtown, 100% recommended.

The apartment was in an ideal location to visit Santillana del Mar, very comfortable and quiet. And safe parking was provided.

Everything is excellent. The apartment has all the amenities and you don't need anything. It is very close to Potes, which is a big and beautiful village

This apartments is nicely decorated & very centrally located in San Vicente. Its a stone's throw from the center of town, restaurants, shops and gives you a glimpse into what it would be like to live in this area. We loved exploring San Vicente & the surrounding towns as well as going into the mountains. Highly recommend this spot!

Beautiful and comfortable accommodation faithful to the photos.Recommable, quiet place 5 minutes from the village.The garden is very good especially if you go with a pet.The comfortable beds. They are very attentive at all times.With parking in the door and garage. Very complete, looking forward to coming back.
