On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Nice apartment tastefully decorated by @OMSTYLE HOME, 38 m2 + 6 m2 terrace. 3rd floor with elevator, not overlooked. Very quiet, bedroom and living room overlooking SEA VIEW terrace and greenery. In the popular district of Gourmalon, close to the train station and the port, a supermarket and other shops, 100 m from the Thalasso (partner rates for my guests😁), the Source beach and the magnificent Chemin des Douaniers. Ideal place to relax in peace but close to everything!

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone.
