A former shoemaker's shop renovated into an apartment, ECHOPPE is located on the square in Aubeterre-sur-Dronne (1.5 hours from Bordeaux/1 hour from Perigueux). With two bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, bathroom, accessible garden, and parking, it's the ideal place to explore the village. Look out the window and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and nature this area of the Dordogne has to offer. Keep an eye out for deer, owls, red squirrels and many more. We are directly opposite the river beach of Saint Aulaye and on the edge of this historic old village. Wander up the hill to the boulangerie, shops and weekly market. The house has a dining room, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor and upstairs a balcony with panoramic views, shower room, toilet, a master bedroom and two small bedrooms for three children.

We offer you a wine getaway to the land of the wine châteaux of Canon Fronsac, also known as the Bordeaux Tuscany. Peace and relaxation will be at the rendezvous, accompanied by a magnificent view of the vines. The place has all the comforts as well as air conditioning! Only 6 minutes from Libourne, 25 minutes from Saint-Emilion, 35 minutes from Bordeaux, and 1 hour from ocean beaches, it is ideally located for you to discover our wonderful wine region.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

Set in the heart of the Green Perigord region,this charming traditional stone built house is the perfect spot to spend a relaxing holiday with family or friends. It is set in a quiet hamlet yet close to holiday amenities and leisure. (Accrobranche, walks, cycles rides). Saint Aulaye and Aubeterre have stunning river beaches, a lovely lake at Jemaye. There is a little shop less than a mile away in the historic village of Saint Privat des prés.
