Caravan for 2 people, located on a natura 2000 plot, near our house, in the heart of the Black Périgord. You can hike directly in the village that offers several GRs. The Chateau de Beynac is 5 minutes away, that of Les Milandes almost opposite, that of Castelnaud 15 minutes away, to name a few! We really enjoyed our stay at Jérôme's place. The house and surroundings are beautiful with a lovely view. The pool was very welcome in the hot weather. Jérôme was very friendly and helpful. There is plenty to do in the area, and in the early morning or early evenings look out for the many hot air balloons floating by. Highly recommend.

Little gîte for 2 in a charming B&B with a pool

We stayed in the gîte, and had a fantastic time. Stephanie was very helpful, responsive and welcoming. The gîte was very private, you have your own little kitchen and seating area inside and outside with a beautiful view of a nearby chateau. Stephanie also has a larger guest house which you can book rooms in. Breakfast is included the first night through Airbnb and you can pay to have it subsequent nights. You also have use of the house with it's larger sitting room, honesty bar, you can buy all manner of local produce from Stephanie. there's an electric car charging station in the car park. you do need a car to get here and anywhere else, but we spent plenty of time in the gîte eating cheese and drinking wine in the sun. Their own hot air balloon ride can leave from the field behind the house, if interested. I intend on returning. Book any dinners you intend to have in the surrounding area in advance, everywhere nice was full by the time we started looking when we arrived.

Where do I start! I actually got emotional leaving this place! This is my first time back to the dordogne in 30 years….. now with my own family. I cannot fault the property it was perfect, the views, well there are no words to describe how beautiful it was. Pool perfectly heated! Grounds stunning. And Dominique was the most hospitable host, although we had the language barrier we communicated very well via apps to translate and shared some laughs together! We visited so much it was the perfect location for visiting many villages in the dordogne, supermarket nearby and facilities at the property meant we could eat home and bbq each evening after long days out exploring! Dominique, from the bottom of our heart we thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful house and we will definitely be visiting again!

The accommodation is perfectly as described and in the photos. The view from the terrace is amazing. The house is very pleasant and functional. It's very quiet, so perfect for travelers who have come to unwind. It is possible to swim in translucent water at the bottom of the house. The area is beautiful and countless activities are located between 10 minutes and 45 minutes away. Benjamin was very welcoming and responsive. To be repeated.
