Welcome to our apartment located in the St Jacques district, close to the Loire and the Sèvre. Functional accommodation, ideal for a professional or tourist stay. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, of a residence with elevator. This is a 45 m2 accommodation, comfortable, fully equipped. Ideally located 600 meters from tram lines 2 and 3, and bus line 4, the city center is only 15 minutes away. If you prefer to get around by bike, Bicloo station is 100 meters away.

In the Sebastiennais garden

Our independent house annex is set in the greened surroundings of our back garden. It is a small but well-equipped studio, and contains a kitchen and bathroom. You will have shared access to the annex from the gate to the main house, and then walk along the garden to get to your own private space. St-Sébastien-sur-Loire is right next to Nantes. Bus and tram services will get you to the centre of Nantes in about 20 minutes. It is a 15-minute cycle ride, or a 40-minute walk.
