The apartment offered by Jan is bright, spacious and very conveniently located in the historic area. It is very quiet, overlooking a tree-lined inner courtyard. Its location allowed us to enjoy the restaurant district near the castle. It was a good stay. Jan, the owner contacted us before our stay and during our stay to see if everything was going well. We had a truly wonderful stay at Pascals beautiful apartment. The design and furnishings were fantastic and we felt so happy and comfortable there. The attention to detail and cleanliness was amazing and very much appreciated and Pascal was very helpful with places to eat and explore during our visit. Very beautiful and clean flat, convenient location close to the tram and city center. The bed is comfortable. Although we did not see Ludivine and Didier, they are very considerate. Fully recommending it.

Cozy apartment close to public transport on the island of Nantes. Very friendly hosts who respond quickly to messages. Clean apartment and nice kitchen to cook. Some issues with the washer, don't be in a hurry if you start.

Large apartment on the island, well-designed, well-equipped, very pleasant and beautiful terrace, ideal in good weather! Responsiveness of the host appreciated. And parking is a real plus. I highly recommend this address for a stay with family or friends.

From the moment we booked, immediately good and nice contact with Fanny. With every question, a concrete answer immediately. Fanny let us know how we could get in touch with the manager, who did the key handover. This was also a very pleasant person, who you could also contact if something was not right. It's nice that the apartment has a private parking space, which is secured by barriers. The apartment is spacious and bright and has two beautiful spacious bedrooms with a large double bed. Toilet separate from the bathroom, which is also equipped with all the necessities including a washing machine. Already had a really good week. If we come back to Nantes, we will definitely book with Fanny again

We had a great time at Sylvain's apartment. Very well located (everything is within walking distance - or by bus, free on weekends), the accommodation is functional, secure, and offers all the necessary equipment for a family, including a toddler. The building is quiet, day or night The person who hosted us was very available and kind. Sylvain has always taken the time to answer our questions, which is very nice. An address to keep for a future visit!

We are happy to come back to Coline's place. Coline is a very welcoming, available and responsive host. The accommodation is very clean and pleasant, in a good location, close to shops, public transport and the highlights of Nantes. The plus: the parking space, we arrive we put the car down and then we enjoy the stay on foot or by public transport, close to the banks of the Loire and a very pleasant park.

Brand new, super clean and very functional accommodation, don't be fooled by the outside, the clothes don't make the man. 😉
