We had a great stay. The neighborhood is quiet. The accommodation is well-equipped, it corresponds in every respect to the listing and Patrice and Amandine who live next door are very welcoming and available. Recommended.

Chris and Lotte have done a fantastic sympathetic restoration, of a very fine and spacious 1930s house, in a secluded and tranquil setting. It makes a perfect base for exploring delightful local surroundings, or further afield to the likes of San Sebastián. Chris and Lotte are very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

We had a dream week at Antony and Stephanie's house. It's not very big but super equipped and full of charm. The veranda and its large sofa are an invitation to nap. The large terrace under the pine trees is also very nice. We also enjoyed the accessibility of the beaches on foot by crossing the golf course and the possibility of renting bikes very easily. We'll be happy to go back.

Welcoming and responsive host. New and modern apartment, comfortable, well appointed and well equipped. The bedding in particular is excellent. The pool is good sized and nice when it's hot. Very cozy, modern accommodation and in line with the photos in every respect. The location is an asset, with proximity to the lake, shops and the beach. Perfect bedding. And the best part, a garage with a very steep slope (be careful). Too bad the cleaning is extra but especially very expensive. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Phillipes flat is very nice and in a very quiet location. Only a two block walk to the Les Halles market and many top rated restaurants. The area is very walkable with great views of the sea and beautiful architecture. We took the petite train and learned more about the history of Biarritz. We enjoyed it very much

We spent 6 nights in the apartment, felt very comfortable from the first moment and would have liked to have stayed longer. Everything is as described, practical and friendly and simply a very nice place. The interactions with Agnès and Jean-Marie were very friendly and uncomplicated, thank you also for the cake to welcome us and the tips about the area. The location is great, the view from the terrace of the dunes is very beautiful, the beach behind the dune as well. We also rode a lot by bike, there are good bike paths. Conclusion: We will definitely be happy to come back.

The village of Hastingues is nice to discover, quiet. Just remember to take a good mosquito repellent, the proximity to the gaves brings some. We recommend this listing and will not hesitate to return if the opportunity arises.

The place was lovely and so peaceful! We had a great time in this beautiful area. The accommodation is very well equipped, quiet and without any vis-a-vis, a real jewel in a green setting. Chantal is a very welcoming host, she informed us very well, the communication was very fluid and she is very flexible. I would definitely recommend it without hesitation.

Very beautiful renovation 🙂 Location. With two small children we were able to access the lake, restaurants, skatepark and village by stroller. Bike paths are also accessible right next to the house.
