House vacation rentals in Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle

I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed this home. Perfect for groups or families and the house had everything you could want to make you feel at home. The location is perfect if you plan to visit multiple French and Spanish cites. Very great location close to beaches and restaurants. We would definitely like to come again!

We were a group of 8 and had a great week at Sylvain and Katia's. The house is spacious, bright and comfortable. The veranda room is very nice for large tables, for breakfasts as well as for. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The pool is beautiful, heated and well oriented. The immediate environment is quiet and the location of the house allows many walks both on the seafront and in the hinterland. Manon, very attentive, welcomed us very warmly and always answered our questions. Sylvain is always available and has great tips. We won't hesitate to come back!

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths… everything is within easy reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — it feels like home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to ensure that everything went smoothly. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

The house was clean, comfortable and homely and is in a beautiful, peaceful setting. It was well equipped and was more than big enough for our group of eight, with lots to keep us occupied during our one week stay. There was ample car parking available at the back of the house, and the wi-fi was excellent. Whilst there we visited Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle, Bayonne, Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Biarritz, San Sebastian and Hondarribia, all of which were within easy driving distance. We would gladly stay at the house again, and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Very nice and spacious house. Excellent equipment. Chloé has provided a very useful book of activities and good addresses. Chloe stayed in regular contact with us to find out how our trip was going and was very responsive during a malfunction.

Great stay at Marie-Pierre's at the foot of La Rhune. Ideal place for climbing this beautiful mountain and discovering the pretty villages nearby. The accommodation is very well equipped and Marie-Pierre is attentive and available. We recommend it!!

Marie-Anne's house is superb, very well decorated and equipped. The environment is idyllic, very quiet and yet close to the axes allowing to radiate throughout the region which is superb (sea, countryside, mountain). Marie-Anne is a very warm and welcoming host, she and her husband have good advice on restaurants and activities. We will be happy to go back and recommend their home.

We had a lovely stay at Sharon and Joop's home. The latter is well thought out, accessible, pleasant and you feel good there. Being able to park next to the accommodations is a real advantage. We really enjoyed this place which is very well maintained, very clean inside and outside the accommodation. The welcome was very nice from the hosts, always concerned about the well-being of the tenants. The explanations are clear. We recommend a visit to Sharon and Joop without worries.

Very spacious house, great location for visiting the Basque Country, excellent bedding, very peaceful environment.

Extremely well located accommodation 2 steps from the beach, a few beachfront bars nearby. Center easily accessible by car. The accommodation is very clean, functional and quiet (despite the proximity to the campsite). Small downside with unsecured staircase (accommodation on the first floor) and 2 windows in the bedroom without shutters that required a little adaptation with a walking baby. Very good communication with Paul. We'll be happy to go back.

Flawless accommodation in Cambo. No complaints. It's clean, well-equipped, quiet and in the center of Cambo. 100% recommended!

We just spent 10 wonderful nights here. What can I say apart from it was perfect. Yves and Scarlett are great hosts. They are on hand if you need them but very discreet the rest of the time. The barn is very well equipped and has everything needed to self cater. The grounds are amazing and kept in fantastic condition - we regularly used the pool and hot tub. There are 4 resident donkeys, a small dog and a cat. All are lovely - the donkeys are a pleasure to watch. We went out to a town called Salies de Bearn and would highly recommend it for nice scenery, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are supermarkets and bakeries in nearby towns. The hosts are great at making recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back ☺️

This is one of the best places we ever stayed. Amazing nature around, brand new modern house, lovely hosts. Enjoyed every dinner and breakfast on the terrace. The kitchen is also very well equipped.

We had a great time at Yolande's home. Quiet and close to all Ciboure Socoa or Saint Jean de Luz 10 minutes by car. Quiet, with a carefully decorated interior, a living room with incredible volume and exteriors for rest and serenity. The house largely matches the photos. Yolande is very responsive and has good tips. Clean house and very well equipped. We'll be back soon. Go there without a second thought, you won't be disappointed.

Stay spent by a single mom with two children. We all felt very comfortable in this refurbished, spacious and bright accommodation, offering a beautiful terrace and garden. Ideally located in the heart of typical Basque villages between sea and mountain (requiring a 30-minute drive to see the surrounding coasts). Perfectly equipped, clean accommodation, available and responsive host, highly recommend.

charming little house in the countryside, very quiet location but ideally located 5 km from the ocean and close to the most beautiful places to visit. Nicolas and his family are very discreet but very responsive to any request. We had a great time, thank you again!
