Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Saint-Martin-Vésubie

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

The accommodation matches the description and is very clean with all the equipment available! The apartment is ideal for a stay near Nice! The host is very responsive and gives all the necessary information! I recommend it.

We had a lovely time in Gérard's accommodation. Beautiful home with beautiful exteriors. Ideal for coming to enjoy Menton with friends. We are delighted. We recommend it 100%. 😊

This was an amazing stay. The view is beautiful. We had our own private oasis overlooking the area. It was amazing to watch the sun rise each morning over the water. Salt water pool was very nice. Plenty of chairs by the pool and a giant umbrella if needed. Outdoor shower, grill, and an outdoor sink. You should book this! Thank me later!

Our stay at Michel's house was everything we were hoping for and even more! We enjoyed the cosy house and the beautiful surroundings with our two little kids. The house is located in a beautiful area with a lot of walking trails and nice views behind every corner. Michel is very hospitable. He respects the guests privacy but is very reachable at the same time for inquiries and questions. Thanks Michel, we had a lovely two weeks!

We had a lovely stay at Marco’s house. Very easy to explore Villefranche & Nice, as well as other places on the beautiful Côte d’Azur. As a family of 4, we needed somewhere big enough for us all to have a separate space, and Marco’s place was perfect for this. It also had absolutely everything we needed! From a baby bath to highchair and kitchen utensils. Our 10 month old slept beautifully in the travel cot Marco kindly lent us. It really does have everything you could possibly need. Also, super comfortable beds. We almost didn’t hire a car, but are very glad we did! It’s pretty much essential. But with a car everywhere is super easy to get to. We ate at the Brasserie du Col a couple of times (Marco’s recommendation) which was fantastic. Thank you Marco for being such a welcoming and helpful host. We would love to stay with you again!

Eric allowed us to arrive at the time that suited us, with clear explanations on the itinerary. Her place is very nice, a breathtaking view, nothing is missing, impeccable cleanliness, excellent bedding, and a previously heated hot tub. We'll be happy to go back!

Sylvie and her husband were lovely. Beautiful view from the accommodation and very quiet and pleasant environment. One of the bedrooms and the bathrooms are windowless, but we spent most of the time we were in the accommodation in the living room and the kitchen which, like the double bed room, overlook the wooded terrace and therefore the view. Well-equipped and very pleasant accommodation. The stairs add to the charm of the place: don't forget the bread, but it's largely doable if you take your time even with luggage. Bonus: the bus stops at the bottom of the stairs.

A nice apartment very well arranged and equipped, clean and decorated with taste. We enjoyed the location: right in the center of the old city, you can do shopping on foot, walk around and reach the Vesubia Mountain Park (very nice). A place I keep. 😉 Thank you to our host!

Family break. Six adults. Plenty of room for all Fantastic stay. Couldn’t recommend highly enough Great value for money Extremely comfortable. Location is spot on to discover all of Nice by foot if reasonably healthy. Only tram we took was one back to airport. Virginie is delightful. So helpful and friendly. Great place in a good location. (High-quality appliances - Miele dishwasher and Bosch washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine...) Location of the apartment very good - Place Massena within minutes walking distance, as well as the sea. Lots of supplies (oil, spices,... detergent, enough toilet paper for the whole week) The only downside: Local in the small alley below the bedrooms dispose of the empties daily after midnight - this is quite noisy. But the apartment is highly recommended!

Nathalie was very responsive, and had great communication throughout. The apartment was clean, with some cupboards locked with private items inside. Great location, within walking distance to Monaco.

Frédérique and Olivier are great hosts, they are very responsive and communicate very well. The place is an cosy apartment at great location. Tastefully decorated with everything you need for a relaxing stay.

We really enjoyed our 5 day stay at Nicolas’ apartment in Nice. Nicolas is a great host and met us at the apartment and answered our questions and gave good local recommendations. The apartment is beautiful and was home from home for our visit. We enjoyed coming back to a comfortable home every evening. The location is perfect for getting to a from airport by tram and so close to explore all parts of Nice including the old town. The neighbourhood around Port Lympia is quiet with some great restaurants and cafes. It’s also close to some great coastal walks which we really enjoyed. Overall it’s the perfect apartment and location for any visit to Nice. We would love to visit again someday. Thank you Nicolas!

This is a nice modern apartment. The verandah is a good size and south facing giving you breakfast in the sun and sunsets. The road is on the other side is thus not intrusive. Great location for exploring Nice, Port Lympia, Mont Boron and Ville Franche Nearby bakery and shop. Good restaurants everywhere. Comfy bed, hot water and TV (if you want)

This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

Nina's apartment has been a great location for our 3 days vacations in the area. The apartment is easy to locate and is fully equipped with super fast internet. when we stepped in we received a nice surprise of wine and fruits from Nina who was very responsive and very friendly! we felt at home! I highly recommend this apartment for cozy vacations in the area!

The apartment looks like on the photos: the view from the balcony is marvelous. The bedroom is to the rear and it’s silent with view to a pretty green wall/mountain with plants. The apartment is well equipped (even beach chairs and parasols for the beach), pretty and clean. The internet is fast and stable. The walk to the city center takes around 20 min. Anyhow, in less than 10 min. walk you also have different nice restaurants and bars in the harbor area. A Michelin ster restaurant with a gorgeous terrace is only 800m away (in Italy). The train station with direct trains to Monaco; Nice; Cannes etc. is also only 10 min. walk away. Dominique is a super friendly host who goes the extra mile: she gave us a really warm reception, communication was fast, clear and easy, and she even provided a variety of breakfast basics in the fridge. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is the perfect place to stay in Menton. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Delphine was the perfect host and very helpful. Highly recommend staying here and enjoying all Menton has to offer.
