Its 30 m2 terrace with barbecue, its 550 m2 garden encourages you to rest after your mountain activities. Ideally located between the village and the alpine ski resorts of La Colmiane (summer and winter activities) and Nordic du Boreon (gateway to the Mercantour National Park). Rental 3 nights minimum and 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays.

Fully equipped studio located on the 1st floor, free parking at the foot of the residence. You will find a sofa bed 180*190 cm and also a bunk bed 70*190 cm. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, induction stove, microwave and refrigerator. - Abundant storage The bathroom is completely renovated with a bathtub and towel dryer. Separate toilet. The loggia allows you to enjoy the outdoors with views of the mountains.

The nest

Once called Arbec, our small stone shepherd's hut served as a kitchen and dining room. It was there that the milk was transformed into cheese and bush, where the family gathered for the evening vigil with the neighbors ,and where social life was tied up.Tools,seeds, harvests ,were also stored in the arbec. The stones of this small building are full of history and the thickness of its walls offers a sense of protection, peace, conducive to rest.

Studio with slope view, fully equipped and located at La Colmiane ski resort. It sleeps 4 with a bunk bed and a sofa bed. Bedding and bath towels are provided at no extra charge. The toilet and bathroom are separate. There is plenty of storage available at the entrance and in the living space. We have equipped the studio to the maximum so that you do not miss anything. Free parking downstairs from the building with a disabled space.

Enjoy an atypical stay in this industrial-style love room for a romantic getaway. Located in the heart of the pretty village of La Penne surrounded by its mountains. It is equipped with a Jacuzzi-type spa bath where you can relax after a hike. You will find an equipped kitchen area where you can prepare your small dishes for your relaxing evenings.
