Amazing !!! Karine is an absolute Perfect host. Very quickly responds to all messages and makes you feel at home right away. The apartment was spotless, everything was exactly as described. Even the bed and sheets were so comfortable. The beach is less than 3 minutes walk, the little terraces/cafés and shops are also within 2 minutes walk. The best thing is the view of the mountains !! Merci Karine for an amazing stay.

A wonderful stay! Great location right next to the basilica, with tons of restaurants right nearby. A beautiful view of the sea just outside the door. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Our train was late which pushed back our scheduled arrival, but Cecile was very patient and flexible. There are many stairs to get to the apartment, but Cecile helped point out a route for us that had less stairs :) A great stay!

This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

Great accommodation with everything as listed including the fantastic views! Quiet, peaceful location within walking distance to amenities, old town and beaches. The villa would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues as there are a number of stairs within the accommodation. Also a certain level of fitness is required to walk back up to the villa at least 2 or 3 times each day as we did not hire a car. An information pack for guests would be useful regarding local restaurants, transport etc. even in this digital age! Stefano was very responsive to any queries we had and many thanks for the welcome bottle of fizz!

everything as described. The house is beautiful, small but perfect for two people. Equipped with everything. The garden is also really a plus, unfortunately we could not use it because the weather still did not allow us to fully enjoy it and for our schedules.

The cottage corresponded exactly to the description, a wonderful refuge in absolutely quiet and beautiful surroundings. The location was also ideal for numerous hikes in the immediate or nearby surroundings. Daniel also had numerous maps available, so you could be wonderfully inspired. Everything was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Unfortunately, we had a very cold week, but Daniel provided us with enough firewood for the stove in the kitchen and with a radiator for the living room. It was therefore cozy and warm. The Internet connection in the valley was very good, but we had no Wi-Fi. It did not bother us, on the contrary it contributed very much to the relaxation. We therefore highly recommend booking with Daniel!

A very nice apartment. Good location, you can walk to the old town. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Only: The unfolded sofa bed is a bit scarce for two people, but it worked. Particularly noteworthy is Marco's support: super friendly, uncomplicated communication, great service, extremely helpful. We will be happy to come back!

Very pleasant apartment and very nice open view of the surroundings . You feel good as soon as you cross the threshold of the apartment .
