Edith was a professional and very helpful host. Her apartment is on the harbour marina close to everything It is quirky and has very modern decoration. We had a great time walking to see some wonderful sights. We ate out a couple of times and food was very good and fine value. We visited the Aquarium and the Maritime Museum, both of which were interesting and informative. We took advantage of renting the apartment's underground parking space. This was an excellent decision as parking can be challenging. The boulangerie underneath the apartment sells great produce, especially breakfast pastries.

We had a great time at Barbara's place which matched the photos and description in every way. Very quiet residence, the closed garage is a real plus to leave the vehicle safe for the duration of the stay, especially since everything is within walking distance very quickly! Barbara has excellent advice and we were warmly welcomed. We would recommend it without hesitation to people we know wishing to come and stay in La Rochelle. Special mention for the bedding which is of excellent quality!

We had a lovely stay on the Île de Ré, the accommodation is well located in the heart of Saint Martin, which opens onto the shopping street, the port is a stone's throw away. Sylvia is very punctual, she was there when we arrived, to settle us into the accommodation and give us information and some tips to better enjoy our stay. A warm welcome and immediate availability when we needed it. I highly recommend Sylvia and her place in the heart of Saint Martin. Thanks Sylvia ♡♡♡

A nice and spacious apartment. All amenities. A large and functional kitchen. The bedding is good. Saint Jean d'Acre parking nearby, for 3 to 4 days count between 25 and 35 euros if you move with your vehicle or if you leave it. The geographical location is excellent, you are at the foot of the chain tower and many restaurants and bars. The famous port of La Rochelle is therefore right next door, about 50 meters, the central market is a 15-minute walk and the mail and a small beach are 5 minutes away. We'll be back and Thérèse is very friendly.

Very nice apartment in a very good location, 15 minutes from the train station and very close to the comments and activities. Everything was impeccable, very clean and tidy. Maryse was very welcoming and made herself available earlier than expected so that my friend and I could access the apartment rather than waiting outside with our suitcase. Very clean and very welcoming apartment, furnished with taste and quality. Flawless linen and bedding. Very quiet and relaxing environment. Very well located in relation to the city center, 15 minutes walk maximum, a real pleasure. Shirley is a very enjoyable and responsive host. We had a great welcome and good advice. I recommend it 200% and we'll be happy to come back.

We had a pleasant stay in this well-appointed and very clean apartment. Access instructions are very detailed and clear. If you are by car, Place de Verdun parking is minutes away. Peter's apartment is clean, quiet and in a good location for enjoying the center of La Rochelle and the surrounding area. There is a beautiful terrace that is nice in good weather. A small shop at the foot of the residence and a bakery 10 minutes' walk away. A parking space in a closed basement, at the foot of the elevator is a plus for luggage.

Very functional apartment, very clean, arranged with great taste. The south-east facing terrace is a real plus on sunny days: you can have breakfast and lunch in the sun, facing greenery. Be careful, the roller shutter of one of the 2 bedrooms is broken; it is replaced by a blackout curtain but still lets the light through! The neighborhood and building are very quiet. Nearby, there are all the necessary shops on a square: bakery, charcuterie-traiteur, fishmonger, en primeurs, tobacconist and small supermarket U. I'm sorry I didn't know this place sooner!

The apartment is well arranged and spacious. a large super nice balcony. communication is perfect with Alizé. very very available . Arriving in advance of our schedule, she arranged to free up the apartment for us as soon as possible...

The apartment is really spacious, very clean and totally matches the photos ,even better😉 - Everything is modern ,tastefully decorated, everyone has found their place in this beautiful space - The two terraces are simply superb , with a preference for the incredible rooftop, without any vis-à-vis , and its comfortable jacuzzi sheltered by a bioclimatic pergola - Magical and quiet family view, just what we were looking for 😍 Very close to La Rochelle and many sites to visit that were recommended to us by our hosts - We had a great week with the kids , and will be back with pleasure if we are visiting this beautiful area 😊

Spacious and very well located accommodation, close to the port, coastal path, beach and restaurants (not much open in February) as well as bus lines (13 min from the aquarium).
