Kevin's place looked like what was mentioned in the photos. Bonus: the welcome booklet that lists all the amenities and activities nearby and makes searching easier. In addition, the host gave us a promo code for bike rental at Beach Bikes. Despite the rain we had a great time in this cocooning and very functional accommodation, everything is thought out so that we are comfortable! I would recommend it

The house and its services met our expectations. Anaïs was extremely responsive, attentive and friendly. We felt very comfortable in the house and found it to be an excellent welcome. We booked the day before for the next day, Anaïs was extremely accommodating.

The place met our expectations. Sarah gave us clear information for our arrival and departure. We were even able to access the accommodation before the scheduled time, which was much appreciated. The small garden with its small wooden terrace is really a plus for outdoor dining. The residence is well designed and very well maintained and flowery. We really enjoyed the bed linens provided as well as the cleaning products. This small house is very nice and well designed. We had a pleasant stay.

This house is located in a quiet location but close to shops and 100 meters from the beach. It is bright and has beautiful volumes. The layout of the interior rooms is very smart and there are two outdoor terraces, which makes it possible to adapt to all wind and sun conditions. The house is very well equipped. Thanks to Stéphanie, her husband and Deborah who is the on-site contact for this wonderful stay on Île de Ré.

Very welcoming hostess and accommodation! A quiet home, we were with our 18-month-old daughter, perfect room and in the dark for baby naps! Great stay at Delphine's for this Christmas 2024 with the family. The accommodation is totally suitable for 10 people, spacious, tastefully decorated and very pleasant to stay in. Beachfront within walking distance and city center as well. Once the car is parked, no need to touch it. It was perfect! Thanks Delphine!

What a great experience! We booked the place in March and the weather was with us. We had a great week off in this beautifully renovated home. The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from a supermarket, local market (fishmonger, greengrocer, wines, oysters, etc.), restaurant and bike rental. The sea is literally next to the house (with 2 benches that are very convenient for improvised relaxation at any time). The accommodation is well-equipped: TV in each room (4!), soundbar, internet box, 3 comfortable sofas, auxiliary lamps, jacuzzi, ... The criticisms I read in the comments have either been corrected or were false: the beds did not make noise, the accommodation has a washing machine and dryer, the nightclub (high season) does not disturb the locals more than that, ... I dare not imagine the happiness of this accommodation in mid-season with temperatures allowing the use of the pool and plancha :o) Go for it!

We had a pleasant stay, very good accommodation, very close to the station and the beach. We enjoyed a nice bike ride offered with the rental. Since we don't have a car on site, it was one of our selection criteria. Everything was perfect, whether through hospitality, accommodation, flexible hours, or messaging.

Exactly perfect! What caught us in this garden was the iodized scent of the ocean. We are just steps away from the beach. A bright and welcoming house, the heated pool below is out of sight and sea wind. All in all, a haven of peace on this superb island, especially in September, where the only "noise nuisance" is the resonance of the tides and its cortege of seagulls. Impeccable check-in and holiday. We treasure this property .

Beautiful home in Loix. Walkable to town center for the market, restaurants. Loix is quiet and peaceful and the busier villages are easily accessible by bicycle. Pool is lovely. Would happily stay again!

And who share their tips The house is very beautiful, spacious, clean, the outside is a joy and the location (for those who love the beach) it is paradise sincea path just 50m from the house allows access to a sublime sandy beach. A very pleasant family trip during which everyone was able to find their activity (cycling, running, Padel or wingfoil, market walk etc.) I really recommend it.

We had a lovely stay at Florence and Christophe's. Very clean accommodation and as described. Close to shops. Perfect for a few days on the island. We'll be happy to go back!! See you soon!!

Very nice rental, located a little bit in the back inland. Peaceful place close to the main tourist destinations (La Rochelle, Rochefort, Ile de Ré, Fouras, Ile d'Oléron and Marennes). Very clean rental with all the essentials (kettle, coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine) and very well arranged with a small private terrace area. Charming hosts who know the area well and give good advice on local walks and restaurants. Gérard and Véronique are adorable and our thoughts are also with their dog Nesquik. We highly recommend this rental and hope those who follow will know the good time we had.

The house is well situated nearby the center of Rivedoux village, close by to the bridge . The house is located in the border of the forest in a quiet neighborhood. The house is bright despite the low ceiling in the “retais” style. The fire place room was the favorite meeting place for board games, homework and late night discussions. With lot of corners and an elongated floor plan, everybody could find a private area to retreat. We had a really good winter holiday at Elisabeth and Dominque house. Thank you

We have been coming to the Ile de Ré for 47 years and know many houses. We particularly liked the house in Les Portes. It is almost directly on the sea (3 minutes), has enough space even for a larger family (we were six people, a room for two more people was still available), the kitchen is super equipped, the living areas are also spacious and distributed for eight people in such a way that you can also get out of the way. We especially liked to use the conservatory. The two garden areas in front of and behind the house are large, also our dog was able to move freely, as the property is completely walled or provided with a fence. We were there for four weeks and will be happy to come back. Even better would of course be to go on the Ile de Ré and stay there permanently. This house would be suitable for this.

Very nice little house, ideal for a family of 4/5. Very well located just steps to the beach. Tennis court available, well maintained. Very responsive host. We had a pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Angela’s house. It is in a fantastic location, very tranquil but close to the heart of La Couarde. The house is beautifully furnished and very well equipped. Communication with Angele was excellent and she was very friendly and welcoming when we checked in. We loved our stay and will definitely book again when we come to the Île de Re.
